PRECAST ASCON BLOCK, MAKING METHOD AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a precast asphalt concrete block, and a manufacturing and construction methods thereof, capable of repairing a damaged part by using a precast asphalt concrete block manufactured in a precast method when the damaged part such as a port hole is generated on an asphalt pavement road and a repair work is required. The precast asphalt concrete block includes: a bottom plate unit; pillar units integrally formed on the upper surface of the bottom plate unit at intervals; and asphalt concrete integrally formed with the pillar unit and the bottom plate unit. Plastic deformation of the asphalt concrete due to an applied load can be prevented by the pillar unit.
아스팔트 포장도로에 포트홀 등과 같은 손상부위가 발생되어 보수가 필요한 경우 즉시 프리캐스트 방식으로 제작된 프리캐스트 아스콘블록을 이용하여 손상부위를 보수할 수 있는 프리캐스트 아스콘블록, 그 제작 및 시공방법으로서, 상기 프리캐스트 아스콘블록은 저판부; 상기 저판부 상면에 일체로 다수 이격되어 형성된 기둥부; 및 상기 저판부와 기둥부와 일체로 형성된 아스콘을 포함하며 상기 기둥부에 의하여 작용하중에 의한 아스콘의 소성변형이 방지되도록 하게 된다.
