CRIME PREVENTION PANEL OF OUTSIDE WALL
The present invention relates to a bead unit for an intrusion-preventing panel and an intrusion-preventing panel. A plurality of predetermined holes (11) is regularly or irregularly formed on a panel body (10) in upper, lower, left, and right sides. The bead units (2) are inserted and mounted in the holes (11). The bead unit (2) is composed of beads (2a) made with a metal such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and the like or made by processing glass or a ceramic and a stone and a housing (2b) partially exposing a surface of the bead (2a) and covering and supporting the bead while the bead is not separated from the housing while the bead freely rotates. The housing (b) includes at least two blades (21, 21′) on the edge of the front end around a bead insertion groove (22). Some blade (21) of the blades (21, 21′) is bent toward the surface of the bead (2a) to prevent the bead (2a) from being separated from the bead insertion groove (22) to the outside. The rest (21′) of the blades (21, 21′) is bent outwards, thereby being stably seated on the edge of the hole (11) of the panel (1). The intrusion-preventing panel enables a mass production in a factory. In addition, the intrusion-preventing panel is capable of being assembled in a construction site during construction or maintenance. Furthermore, the intrusion-preventing panel is capable of remarkably improving the appearance of a building and preventing intrusion, thereby enabling a user to live safely.
본 발명은 침입방지 방범패널용 구슬유닛 및 방범패널에 관한 것이다. 구성에 있어서, 패널 본체(10)에 상하좌우로 규칙 또는 불규칙적으로 소정의 구멍(11)을 다수 형성하고, 상기 구멍(11)에 구슬유닛(2)을 삽입 장착하는데, 상기 구슬유닛(2)은 철이나 스테인레스, 알미늄 등의 금속으로 형성하거나 또는 유리나 세라믹, 석재를 가공 형성하여서 된 구슬(2a)과, 상기 구슬(2a)의 일부표면이 노출되게 함과 동시에 자유회전이 이루어지면서 빠지지 않도록 감싸 지지하는 하우징(2b)으로 이루어지게 하되, 상기 하우징(2b)은 구슬삽입홈(22)을 중심으로 선단 가장자리에 2~다수개의 날개(21)(21')를 형성하여 상기 날개(21)(21')중 일부의 날개(21)는 구슬(2a)이 외부로 빠져 나오지 못하게끔 구슬(2a)의 표면 쪽으로 만곡 형성되고 나머지 날개(21')는 외향 절곡되어 패널(1)의 구멍(11) 가장자리에 안정적으로 안착되게 함을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 공장에서의 양산은 물론, 건축 또는 수리과정에서 현장조립도 가능하고, 또 다양한 소재를 방범패널로 활용할 수 있어 건물의 미관을 크게 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 외부의 침입을 예방할 수 있어 안전한 주거생활을 영위할 수 있게 되는 등의 많은 효과가 있다.
