ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY INORGANIC ADHESIVE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF
The present invention relates to an environment-friendly inorganic adhesive composition and a method for preparing the same. Specifically, the environment-friendly inorganic adhesive composition comprises a main component and a curing agent, wherein the main component comprises 50-81 wt% of calcium aluminate; 1-25 wt% of an anhydrous gypsum; 5-25 wt% of white Portland cement; 1-5 wt% of a curing accelerator; 0.1-5 wt% of a curing retarding agent; 1-10 wt% of a thickening agent; 5-15 wt% of cellulose fibers; 1-10 wt% of a thickening agent; and 1-5 wt% of an antifoaming agent, while the curing agent comprises: 69-90 wt% of poly(vinyl alcohol); 8-30 wt% of a functional component; and 1-5 wt% of a curing agent. The present invention provides an environment-friendly inorganic adhesive composition and a method of preparing the same, which do not generate environmental pollutants such as total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) and 5 volatile organic compounds (5VOCs) including toluene, formaldehyde (HCHO), and CH_3CHO, and is harmless to the human body and yet, offers excellent attachment strength in terms of adhesive strength, and is thus sufficient for replacing pre-existing synthetic resin adhesives.
본 발명은 친환경 무기질 접착제 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 칼슘 알루미네이트 50 내지 81 중량%, 무수석고 1 내지 25 중량%, 백시멘트 5 내지 25 중량%, 경화촉진제 1 내지 5 중량%, 경화지연제 0.1 내지 5 중량%, 증점제 1 내지 10 중량%, 셀룰로오스 섬유 5 내지 15 중량%, 증점제 1 내지 10 중량% 및 소포제 1 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 주제; 및 폴리비닐알코올 69 내지 90 중량%, 기능성 소재 8 내지 30 중량% 및 소포제 1 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 경화제;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 무기질 접착제 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 총휘발성 유기화합물(TVOC), 5종 휘발성유기화합물(5VOCs), 톨루엔, 포름알데히드(HCHO), CHCHO 등의 환경오염물질을 전혀 발생하지 않고 냄새가 없어 인체에 무해하면서도 접착강도 측면에서도 우수한 부착력을 제공함으로써 종래 합성수지 접착제의 대체제로서 손색없는 친환경 무기질 접착제 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an environment-friendly inorganic adhesive composition and a method for preparing the same.
