ASPHALT MIXER INCLUDING TEMPERATURE CONTROLLABLE CONTAINER
The present invention relates to an asphalt mixing apparatus comprising a temperature controllable container. The asphalt mixing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical container having an upper surface opened and a lower surface formed to have a curvature, and containing asphalt inside; a paddle inserted into and rotated in the container and mixing the asphalt; a support for supporting the container on the lower side of the container; a frame portion connected to the paddle and the support and to form a structure; and a side heater arranged annularly along the circumference of the side surface and wrapping at least a portion of the side surface of the outer circumferential surface of the container, and including a heater for supplying heat into the container in contact with the side surface, and a heat-insulating unit which is formed to surround the heater from the outside. According to the asphalt mixing apparatus of the present invention, adhesion of the asphalt onto a part of the container can be improved, thereby reducing error occurrence in the blending ratio when designing the asphalt mixture. Therefore, heat loss in the spaced portion between the container and the heater can be reduced, thereby improving the heat energy efficiency. Furthermore, the heater can be arranged in close contact with the container, and the heater may be easily joined and separated from the container.
본 발명은 온도조절이 가능한 용기를 포함하는 아스팔트 혼합장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 아스팔트 혼합장치는, 상면이 개방되고 하면이 곡률을 가지도록 형성되고, 내부에 아스팔트를 수용하는 원통형의 용기, 상기 용기 내에 삽입되어 회전 구동되면서 상기 아스팔트를 혼합하는 패들, 상기 용기의 하측에서 상기 용기를 지지하는 받침대, 상기 패들 및 상기 받침대와 연결되고, 골격을 형성하는 프레임부 및 상기 용기의 외주면의 측면을 적어도 일부분 감싸면서 상기 측면의 둘레를 따라 환형으로 배치되도록 구성되고, 상기 측면과 밀착하여 상기 용기 내부로 열을 공급하는 발열체 및 상기 발열체를 외측에서 감싸도록 형성되는 단열부를 포함하여 구성되는 측면 가열기; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 아스팔트 혼합장치에 따르면, 용기의 일부에 아스팔트가 점착되는 현상이 개선되어, 아스팔트 혼합물의 배합 설계시 배합비에 오차가 발생하는 문제점을 개선할 수 있고, 용기와 가열기 사이의 이격된 부분에서의 열 손실을 줄여, 열에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 나아가, 가열기와 용기가 밀착되도록 가열기를 배치할 수 있으며, 용기에서 가열기의 결합 또는 분리가 용이하도록 할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an asphalt mixing apparatus comprising a temperature controllable container. The asphalt mixing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical container having an upper surface opened and a lower surface formed to have a curvature, and containing asphalt inside; a paddle inserted into and rotated in the container and mixing the asphalt; a support for supporting the container on the lower side of the container; a frame portion connected to the paddle and the support and to form a structure; and a side heater arranged annularly along the circumference of the side surface and wrapping at least a portion of the side surface of the outer circumferential surface of the container, and including a heater for supplying heat into the container in contact with the side surface, and a heat-insulating unit which is formed to surround the heater from the outside. According to the asphalt mixing apparatus of the present invention, adhesion of the asphalt onto a part of the container can be improved, thereby reducing error occurrence in the blending ratio when designing the asphalt mixture. Therefore, heat loss in the spaced portion between the container and the heater can be reduced, thereby improving the heat energy efficiency. Furthermore, the heater can be arranged in close contact with the container, and the heater may be easily joined and separated from the container.
본 발명은 온도조절이 가능한 용기를 포함하는 아스팔트 혼합장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 아스팔트 혼합장치는, 상면이 개방되고 하면이 곡률을 가지도록 형성되고, 내부에 아스팔트를 수용하는 원통형의 용기, 상기 용기 내에 삽입되어 회전 구동되면서 상기 아스팔트를 혼합하는 패들, 상기 용기의 하측에서 상기 용기를 지지하는 받침대, 상기 패들 및 상기 받침대와 연결되고, 골격을 형성하는 프레임부 및 상기 용기의 외주면의 측면을 적어도 일부분 감싸면서 상기 측면의 둘레를 따라 환형으로 배치되도록 구성되고, 상기 측면과 밀착하여 상기 용기 내부로 열을 공급하는 발열체 및 상기 발열체를 외측에서 감싸도록 형성되는 단열부를 포함하여 구성되는 측면 가열기; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 아스팔트 혼합장치에 따르면, 용기의 일부에 아스팔트가 점착되는 현상이 개선되어, 아스팔트 혼합물의 배합 설계시 배합비에 오차가 발생하는 문제점을 개선할 수 있고, 용기와 가열기 사이의 이격된 부분에서의 열 손실을 줄여, 열에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 나아가, 가열기와 용기가 밀착되도록 가열기를 배치할 수 있으며, 용기에서 가열기의 결합 또는 분리가 용이하도록 할 수 있다.
