Sluice valve protection barrel with built-in spindle
The present invention relates to a sluice valve protection barrel with a built-in spindle, which is installed in a sluice valve, and comprises: a spindle support barrel inserted into the inside of a standpipe of the sluice valve protection barrel, and formed to be hollow; a spindle rotationally installed in the inside of the spindle support barrel, wherein a socket inserted into a control key of the sluice valve in a lower end, and a turning portion is provided in an upper end; a plurality of support members installed in the spindle support barrel, and supporting rotation of the spindle; a fixing flange installed in an upper end of the spindle support barrel, and covering the standpipe of the sluice valve protection barrel and the spindle support barrel; and a sluice valve steel opening installed in the fixing flange. When the turning portion of the spindle is rotated, the control key of the sluice valve is rotated.
본 발명은 제수변에 설치되는 일체형 스핀들 내장 제수변 보호통에 관한 것으로서, 제수변 보호통의 입상관의 내부에 삽입되며, 중공으로 형성되는 스핀들 지지통; 상기 스핀들 지지통의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 하단에는 상기 제수변의 제어키에 삽입되는 소켓이 마련되며, 상단에는 돌림부가 마련되는 스핀들; 상기 스핀들 지지통의 내부에 설치되며 상기 스핀들의 회전을 지지하는 복수의 지지부재; 상기 스핀들 지지통의 상단에 설치되며, 상기 제수변 보호통의 입상관과 상기 스핀들 지지통을 덮는 고정 플랜지; 및 상기 고정 플랜지에 설치되는 제수변 철개;를 포함하며, 상기 스핀들의 돌림부를 회전시키면, 상기 제수변의 제어키가 회전한다.

The present invention relates to a sluice valve protection barrel with a built-in spindle, which is installed in a sluice valve, and comprises: a spindle support barrel inserted into the inside of a standpipe of the sluice valve protection barrel, and formed to be hollow; a spindle rotationally installed in the inside of the spindle support barrel, wherein a socket inserted into a control key of the sluice valve in a lower end, and a turning portion is provided in an upper end; a plurality of support members installed in the spindle support barrel, and supporting rotation of the spindle; a fixing flange installed in an upper end of the spindle support barrel, and covering the standpipe of the sluice valve protection barrel and the spindle support barrel; and a sluice valve steel opening installed in the fixing flange.
