The present invention relates to a method for replacing an existing sluice valve protection barrel with a new one. The method for replacing a sluice valve protection barrel includes the steps of: cutting the ground surface around a sluice valve steel opening in a circular shape by a circular cutter; checking whether or not a sluice valve in a standpipe is buried with earth and sand; checking whether or not the standpipe is located at a correct position if the sluice valve in the standpipe is not buried with earth and sand; checking whether or not the standpipe is normal if the standpipe is located at the correct position; mounting a spindle so that a socket in the standpipe can be inserted into a control key of the sluice valve if the standpipe is normal; mounting a fixed flange or a variable flange at an upper end of the standpipe; mounting a new sluice valve steel opening at the upper surface of the fixed flange or the variable flange; and finishing the surrounding of the sluice valve steel opening.
본 발명은 기존의 제수변 보호통을 새로운 제수변 보호통으로 교체하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 제수변 보호통의 교체방법은, 제수변 철개의 주위의 지면을 원형 커팅기로 원형 형상으로 절단하는 단계; 입상관 내부의 제수변이 토사로 매몰되었는지 확인하는 단계; 상기 입상관 내부의 상기 제수변이 토사로 매몰되지 않은 경우, 상기 입상관이 정위치에 있는지를 확인하는 단계; 상기 입상관이 정위치에 있는 경우, 상기 입상관이 정상인지를 확인하는 단계; 상기 입상관이 정상이면, 상기 입상관의 내부에 소켓이 상기 제수변의 제어키에 삽입되도록 스핀들을 설치하는 단계; 상기 입상관의 상단에 고정 플랜지 또는 가변형 플랜지를 설치하는 단계; 상기 고정 플랜지 또는 상기 가변형 플랜지의 상면에 새로운 제수변 철개를 설치하는 단계; 및 상기 제수변 철개의 주위를 마무리하는 단계;를 포함한다.
