Iron cover angle adjustable sluice protection barrel
The present invention relates to a sluice valve protection barrel with an adjustable iron cover angle, capable of preventing a crack between an iron cover and a standpipe even after installation on an inclined road. The sluice valve protection barrel includes: a sluice valve base installed around a sluice valve; a lower protection barrel installed on the upper surface of the sluice valve base; a standpipe installed in the upper part of the lower protection barrel; an iron cover installed in the upper part of the standpipe; a changeable flange installed between the standpipe and the iron cover, and enabling the iron cover to be inclined to the standpipe at a predetermined angle; a spindle installed in the standpipe to be rotatable, and including a socket placed in the lower part to be inserted into a control key of the sluice valve and a turning part placed in the upper part; and a plurality of spacers installed inside the standpipe and supporting the rotation of the spindle. As the changeable flange is rotated at a predetermined angle in accordance with the inclination of an installation surface, the upper surface of the iron cover can become level with the surface.
본 발명은 경사진 도로에 설치하는 경우에도 제수변 철개와 입상관 사이에 틈이 발생하지 않는 철개 각도 조절형 제수변 보호통에 관한 것으로서, 제수변의 주변에 설치되는 제수변 베이스; 상기 제수변 베이스의 상면에 설치되는 하부 보호통; 상기 하부 보호통의 상단에 설치되는 입상관; 상기 입상관의 상측에 설치되는 제수변 철개; 상기 입상관과 상기 제수변 철개의 사이에 설치되며, 상기 제수변 철개가 상기 입상관에 대해 일정 각도 경사질 수 있도록 하는 가변형 플랜지; 상기 입상관의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 하단에는 상기 제수변의 제어키에 삽입되는 소켓이 마련되고, 상단에는 돌림부가 마련되는 스핀들; 및 상기 입상관의 내부에 설치되며 상기 스핀들의 회전을 지지하는 복수의 스페이서;를 포함하며, 설치되는 지면의 경사에 따라 상기 가변형 플랜지를 일정 각도 선회시켜 상기 제수변 철개의 상면이 상기 지면과 일치하도록 한다.
