The present invention relates to a protective barrel of a sluice valve including an integrated spindle, installed in a sluice valve. The present invention provides a method for installing a protective barrel of a sluice valve including an integrated spindle, capable of removing soil of the protective barrel of the sluice valve buried by the soil and installing the protective barrel of the sluice valve including the integrated spindle by using an existing protective barrel of the sluice valve. According to the present invention, the protective barrel of the sluice valve including the integrated spindle, which is installed in the sluice valve, includes: a hollow spindle support barrel inserted into a standpipe of the protective barrel of the sluice valve; the spindle installed in the spindle support barrel to rotate, wherein a socket inserted into a control key of the sluice valve is installed at a lower end of the spindle and a rotary unit is installed at an upper end of the spindle; multiple support members installed in the spindle support barrel and supporting the rotation of the spindle; a fixing flange installed at the upper end of the spindle support barrel and covering the standpipe of the protective barrel of the sluice valve and the spindle support barrel; and a sluice valve steel opening unit installed in the fixing flange. When the rotary unit of the spindle rotates, the control key of the sluice valve rotates.
본 발명은 제수변에 설치되는 일체형 스핀들 내장 제수변 보호통에 관한 것으로서, 제수변 보호통의 입상관의 내부에 삽입되며, 중공으로 형성되는 스핀들 지지통; 상기 스핀들 지지통의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 하단에는 상기 제수변의 제어키에 삽입되는 소켓이 마련되며, 상단에는 돌림부가 마련되는 스핀들; 상기 스핀들 지지통의 내부에 설치되며 상기 스핀들의 회전을 지지하는 복수의 지지부재; 상기 스핀들 지지통의 상단에 설치되며, 상기 제수변 보호통의 입상관과 상기 스핀들 지지통을 덮는 고정 플랜지; 및 상기 고정 플랜지에 설치되는 제수변 철개;를 포함하며, 상기 스핀들의 돌림부를 회전시키면, 상기 제수변의 제어키가 회전한다.
