A Eco-friendly Waterproofing Treatment Composition for Road and Waterproofing Methods using Thereof
The present invention relates to a road surface waterproofing agent composition and a waterproofing method using the same. The road surface waterproofing agent composition comprises: 10 to 40 parts by weight of a polymer resin based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt; 10 to 60 parts by weight of a polyurethane prepolymer; 5 to 20 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifier; 5 to 30 parts by weight of an amine-containing material; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate; 20 to 50 parts by weight of a cross-linked polyacrylate; 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium nitrate; 5 to 30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a peeling preventing agent; 3 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-oxidant; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a fiber; and 1 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer. The road surface waterproofing agent composition can greatly improve durability of a concrete road surface by applying a coating agent which is eco-friendly and has excellent performance of permeating concrete microcracks, capillary tube pores and the like to the waterproofing method, thereby enabling an additional protection film to be formed, solidifying a combination of a concrete road surface which can be easily damaged by an external load or impact and an interface of a waterproofing agent, and improving permeability resistance of the concrete road surface and the interface of the waterproofing agent.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 고분자 수지 10 내지 40중량부; 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 10 내지 60중량부; 음이온 유화제 5 내지 20중량부; 아민을 포함하는 물질 5 내지 30중량부; 옥틸페놀 에톡실레이트 0.1 내지 10중량; 가교된 폴리아크릴레이트 염 20 내지 50중량부; 질산칼슘 5 내지 30중량부; 메틸메타크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부; 박리방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 섬유 2 내지 15중량부; 및 부착증진제 1 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 교면방수제 조성물은 친환경적이면서도 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등에의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a road surface waterproofing agent composition and a waterproofing method using the same. The road surface waterproofing agent composition comprises: 10 to 40 parts by weight of a polymer resin based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt; 10 to 60 parts by weight of a polyurethane prepolymer; 5 to 20 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifier; 5 to 30 parts by weight of an amine-containing material; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate; 20 to 50 parts by weight of a cross-linked polyacrylate; 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium nitrate; 5 to 30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a peeling preventing agent; 3 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-oxidant; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a fiber; and 1 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer. The road surface waterproofing agent composition can greatly improve durability of a concrete road surface by applying a coating agent which is eco-friendly and has excellent performance of permeating concrete microcracks, capillary tube pores and the like to the waterproofing method, thereby enabling an additional protection film to be formed, solidifying a combination of a concrete road surface which can be easily damaged by an external load or impact and an interface of a waterproofing agent, and improving permeability resistance of the concrete road surface and the interface of the waterproofing agent.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 고분자 수지 10 내지 40중량부; 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 10 내지 60중량부; 음이온 유화제 5 내지 20중량부; 아민을 포함하는 물질 5 내지 30중량부; 옥틸페놀 에톡실레이트 0.1 내지 10중량; 가교된 폴리아크릴레이트 염 20 내지 50중량부; 질산칼슘 5 내지 30중량부; 메틸메타크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부; 박리방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 섬유 2 내지 15중량부; 및 부착증진제 1 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 교면방수제 조성물은 친환경적이면서도 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등에의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
