A Eco-friendly Waterproofing Treatment Composition for Road and Waterproofing Methods using Thereof
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly waterproofing composition for a bridge surface and a waterproofing method using the same. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly waterproofing composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 10 to 40 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 1 to 25 parts by weight of petroleum resin; 2 to 10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol; 1 to 5 parts by weight of; octyltriethoxysilane 5 to 20 parts by weight of paraffin; 1 to 15 parts by weight of caustic soda; 5 to 20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 3 to 15 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 3 to 10 parts by weight of an antioxidant; and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of a stabilizer. According to the present invention, since a coating agent with excellent penetration performance into microcracks and capillary voids of concrete is applied to the waterproofing method, an additional protective film can be formed, the bond in an interface between a concrete bridge surface and a waterproofing agent, which is easily damaged from external loads or impacts, can be strengthened, and water permeability resistance can be increased, thereby significantly increasing the durability of the concrete bridge surface.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 10 내지 40중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 폴리비닐 알코올 2 내지 10중량부; 옥틸트리에톡시실란 1 내지 5중량부; 파라핀 5 내지 20중량부; 가성소다 1 내지 15중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 3 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 20중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 및 안정제 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 친환경 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 교면방수제 조성물은 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly waterproofing composition for a bridge surface and a waterproofing method using the same.
