The present invention relates to an eco-friendly bridge surface waterproofing composition comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt, 10 to 40 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene styrene; 1 to 25 parts by weight of petroleum resin; 5 to 30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 1 to 5 parts by weight of octyltriethoxysilane; 5 to 20 parts by weight of anionic emulsifier; 5 to 20 parts by weight of paraffin; 10 to 30 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 5 to 20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 3 to 15 parts by weight of cellulose fibers; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 3 to 10 parts by weight of an antioxidant; and 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent; and a waterproofing method using the same. The eco-friendly bridge surface waterproofing composition according to the present invention can form an additional protective film by applying a coating agent with excellent penetrability such as microcracks, capillary pores, etc. of concrete to the waterproofing method. The connection between a concrete bridge surface and a waterproofing interface, which are easily damaged by external loads, impacts, etc., can be strengthened. In addition, the permeability resistance can be improved, and thus the durability of a concrete bridge can be greatly improved.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 10 내지 40중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 메틸메타크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 옥틸트리에톡시실란 1 내지 5중량부; 음이온 유화제 5 내지 20중량부; 파라핀 5 내지 20중량부; 탄산칼슘 10 내지 30중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 3 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 20중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 및 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 친환경 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 교면방수제 조성물은 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
