The present invention relates to a stair for constructing an apartment house, which has a plurality of step boards installed between upper and lower floors of a building in a stepped structure, and is used by users to step the step boards so as to move up and down, comprising: non-slip units installed on an upper surface of each of the step boards, and having a plurality of protrusion portions and recessed portions formed at the upper surface thereof to continuously intersect with each other; a collection part coupled to a side of the step board positioned at the lowermost part among the step boards, and formed with a collection space having an open upper surface to collect a foreign substance therein; a scrapping part including a rectangular frame disposed on an upper portion of the collection part, and support parts multiply installed in an inner space of the rectangular frame, and formed in a rectangular bar shape; a scrapping mode switching unit for rotating the support parts at a predetermined angle to be inclined so as to scrap the foreign substance stuck to a sole of a shoe; and an anti-scattering liquid filled in the collection space of the collection part, and preventing the foreign substance, which is scrapped by the support parts and dropped, from being scattered. According to the present invention, the stair for constructing an apartment house can prevent a user from sliding while moving upper and lower floors of a building, and can hygienically and neatly maintain an indoor environment and air since various foreign substances stuck to a sole of a shoe can be easily removed, and removed foreign substance is prevented from scattering, etc.
본 발명은 공동주택의 건축용 계단에 관한 것으로서, 건축물의 상층과 하층의 사이에 다수개의 디딤판들이 단차진 구조로 설치되고, 이용자들이 디딤판을 밟고 상하로 이동하는데 사용되되, 상기 디딤판들의 상면에 각각 설치되고, 상면에 다수개의 돌부와 골부가 연속적으로 교차 형성된 논슬립부; 상기 다수개의 디딤판 중 최하부에 위치되는 디딤판의 측면에 결합되고, 상면이 개방되고 내부에 이물질이 수집되는 수집공간이 형성된 수집부; 상기 수집부의 상부에 배치되는 사각틀과 상기 사각틀의 내부공간에 다수 설치되며 직사각형 바아 형상으로 형성되는 지지부를 포함하는 스크래핑부; 상기 지지부를 소정각도로 회동시켜 경사진 형태가 되도록 함으로써, 신발의 밑창에 묻어 있는 이물질을 스크래핑 할 수 있도록 하는 스크래핑 모드 전환부; 상기 수집부의 수집공간에 충진되며, 상기 지지부에 의해 스크래핑되어 낙하된 이물질의 비산을 방지하는 비산방지액;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 공동주택의 건축용 계단은, 사용자가 건축물의 상층과 하층을 이동하는 과정에서 미끄러지는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 신발 밑창에 묻은 각종 이물질을 용이하게 제거할 수 있도록 하고, 제거한 이물질이 비산되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 등 실내 환경과 공기를 청결하고 깨끗하게 유지하도록 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
