The present invention relates to a staircase for the construction of an apartment building, which comprises: a staircase in which a plurality of stepping plates are installed in a stepped structure between upper and lower floors of the building; a fixing frame which is configured to be mounted on an upper end or a lower end of the staircase or on the upper end and the lower end, to be formed in a square shape in a side sectional surface, to have an accommodating space formed therein, to have an upper mounting hole with a frame stepped portion formed on an upper portion in the circumference while communicating with the accommodating space, and to have front mounting holes formed at intervals on a front lower portion to communicate with the accommodating space; support blocks which are mounted at intervals in the inside and both ends of the accommodating space constituting the fixing frame, are formed in the form of a square block, and have a block locking portion on an upper outside to be supported on the frame stepped portion; and a foreign substance removing block which is mounted between a support block and another support block mounted in the accommodating space of the fixing frame, and configured to remove foreign substances from the sole of a shoe.
본 발명은 공동주택의 건축용 계단에 관한 것으로서, 건축물의 상층과 하층의 사이에 다수개의 디딤판이 단차진 구조로 설치되는 계단; 계단의 상부 끝단 또는 하부 끝단 또는 상부 끝단과 하부 끝단에 장착되며, 측단면상 사각형 형상으로 형성되고, 내부에는 수용공간이 형성되며, 상부에는 수용공간과 연통되면서 둘레에는 프레임 단턱부가 형성되는 상부 장착공이 형성되고, 전면 하부에는 길이방향으로 수용공간와 연통되는 전면 장착공이 간격을 두고 형성되는 고정 프레임; 상기 고정 프레임을 구성하는 수용공간의 양측 끝단과 내부에 간격을 두고 장착되며. 사각형의 블록 형상으로 형성되고, 상부 외면에는 상기 프레임 단턱부에 지지될 수 있도록 블록 걸림부가 형성되는 지지 블록; 및 상기 고정 프레임의 수용공간에 장착되는 지지 블록과 지지 블록의 사이에 장착되며, 신발 밑창에 묻은 이물질을 제거하는 이물질 제거 블록;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
