Prefabricated precast concrete culvert with integral anchor embedded
The present invention relates to a prefabricated precast concrete culvert having a buried integrated anchor. In particular, when a plurality of culvert units having a box shape with a hollow inner part are continuously installed in a longitudinal direction, a prestressed concrete (PC) steel wire, which is a tensioning material, is inserted into a tensile material installation hole longitudinally formed along a hunch part of four corners of the culvert unit, and prestress is introduced to the PC steel wires, thereby providing a prefabricated precast concrete culvert having a configuration to allow a cross section of a bonding part of the culvert units adjacent to each other to maintain a settled shape. When the culvert units are continuously installed in a longitudinal direction by installing the integrated anchors to communicate with one end part of the tensile material installation hole while the integrated anchor is buried and installed inside a reception hole formed on any one bonding surface between both side bonding surfaces of the culvert unit, the PC steel wire inserted and installed in the tensile material installation hole is tensioned on one bonding surface of the culvert unit where the integrated anchor is installed, thereby being able to introduce the prestress. Accordingly, provided are effects capable of preventing water leak occurring due to a settling hole formed in a center of the prefabricated precast concrete culvert and also largely increasing waterproof effect.
본 발명은 일체형 앵커가 매설된 조립식 프리캐스트 콘크리트 암거에 관한 것으로 특히, 내부가 중공되어 있는 박스 형태를 갖는 다수의 암거 유닛을 길이방향으로 연속하여 설치할 때, 암거 유닛의 네 모서리 헌치부를 따라 길이방향으로 각각 형성시킨 인장재 설치홀 내에 긴장재인 PC 강선을 삽입한 다음 상기 PC 강선들에 프리스트레스를 도입하여 서로 인접한 암거 유닛들의 접합부 단면이 정착된 형태를 유지하도록 조립하는 구성을 갖는 조립식 프리캐스트 콘크리트 암거에 있어서, 상기 암거 유닛의 양측 접합면 중 어느 일측 접합면에 형성된 수구의 내측으로 일체형 앵커를 각각 매립 설치하되, 일체형 앵커들은 상기 인장재 설치홀의 일단부와 연통되게 설치하여 다수의 암거 유닛을 길이방향으로 연속하여 설치할 때, 일체형 앵커가 설치되어 있는 암거 유닛의 일측 접합면에서 인장재 설치홀 내에 삽입 설치된 PC 강선을 긴장시켜 프리스트레스를 도입시켜 줄 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서, 조립식 프리캐스트 콘크리트 암거 중앙에 정착구가 있음으로 인해 발생하던 누수를 방지할 수 있음은 물론 방수효과를 대폭 증대시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a prefabricated precast concrete culvert having a buried integrated anchor.
