PC prefabricated precast concrete culvert and method for construction the same
The present invention relates to a prefabricated precast concrete (PC) culvert capable of fastening plates and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated PC culvert capable of fastening plates comprises: a body which includes both side walls placed to face each other at a distance from each other, an upper plate connected to a part between one of the side walls and an upper end of the other side wall, and an opening unit whose front side and rear side are opened toward an inner side of a lower plate connected to a part between one of the side walls and a lower end of the other side wall; a first plate embedded in a front surface of the side walls with a drop, in which one end unit in a widthwise direction is exposed to the outside of the side walls; and a second plate embedded in a rear surface of the side walls with a drop, in which one end unit in a widthwise direction is exposed to the outside of the side walls. Fastening members are fastened by penetrating the first plate of one body and the second plate of the other body, and the body and the other body are connected to each other by coming in contact with each other in a forward/backward direction.
본 발명은, 간격을 두고 마주하게 배치되는 양쪽 측벽과, 상기 측벽 어느 하나와 다른 하나의 상단 사이에 연결되는 상판과, 상기 측벽 어느 하나와 다른 하나의 하단 사이에 연결되는 하판의 내측으로 전후방이 개방된 개방구가 형성된 몸체; 상기 측벽 전면에 단차를 두고 매립 설치되되, 폭 방향 일 단부가 상기 측벽 외부로 노출되는 제1플레이트; 및 상기 측벽 후면에 단차를 두고 매립 설치되되, 폭 방향 일 단부가 상기 측벽 외부로 노출되는 제2플레이트;를 포함하고, 어느 하나 상기 몸체의 상기 제1플레이트와 다른 하나 상기 몸체의 상기 제2플레이트를 관통하여 체결부재가 체결됨에 따라 어느 하나 상기 몸체와 다른 하나 상기 몸체가 전후로 맞대지며 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 체결형 조립식 PC암거 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
