The present invention relates to a complex waterproofing method using eco-friendly rubber asphalt and an easy-sheet. More specifically, the complex waterproofing method includes: a primer application step of forming a primer layer; an easy-sheet (100) installation step of installing a knitted easy-sheet (100); a waterproofing material application step of applying a coating waterproofing material on the installed easy-sheet (100); and a protection layer formation step of placing protection mortar or attaching a protection material or PE film. Therefore, the complex waterproofing method is capable of lowering costs for maintenance through the extension of the lifespan of a building.
본 발명은 친환경 고무아스팔트와 이지시트를 이용한 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 바탕면의 이물질을 제거하고 세척하는 바탕면 정리단계와, 상기 바탕면 정리단계에 의해 정리된 콘크리트 바탕면에 합성고무계 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머 도포단계와, 상기 프라이머 도포단계가 실시된 후, 370 ~ 410 데니아의 굵기를 가지는 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene) 원사로 이루어진 다수 개의 제1번사(102)가 가로방향으로 편직되는 연결용 루프가 세로방향을 따라 일정 간격 반복 형성되며, 세로방향으로는 배열되는 370 ~ 410 데니아의 굵기를 가지는 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene) 원사로 이루어진 제2번사(104)가 지그재그 방향으로 이동하면서 제1번사(102)의 연결용 루프에 상호 연결하는 연결고리를 형성함과 동시에 편직된 이지시트(100)를 포설하는 이지시트(100) 포설단계와, 상기 바탕면에 포설된 이지시트(100)에 도막방수재를 도포하는 방수재 도포단계와, 상기 방수재 도포단계에 의해 이지시트에 도막방수재가 함침된 후 2 ~ 3시간 경과하여 경화되면, 보호몰탈을 타설하거나 보호재 또는 PE필름을 부착하는 보호층 형성단계를 포함하는 친환경 고무아스팔트와 이지시트를 이용한 복합방수공법에 있어서, 상기 이지시트(100)는 편직과 동시에 180 ~ 220℃로 열처리되며, 1㎡당 150 ~ 180g의 중량의 편직물이고, 상기 방수재 도포단계의 도막방수재는, 1,000cps 이상의 점도와 600% 이상의 점도를 가지며, 고형분이 80% 이상인 액상의 아스팔트계 방수재와 경화제가 17kg : 100 ~ 200cc로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 고무아스팔트와 이지시트를 이용한 복합방수공법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a complex waterproofing method using eco-friendly rubber asphalt and an easy-sheet. 본 발명은 친환경 고무아스팔트와 이지시트를 이용한 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 바탕면의 이물질을 제거하고 세척하는 바탕면 정리단계와, 상기 바탕면 정리단계에 의해 정리된 콘크리트 바탕면에 합성고무계 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머 도포단계와, 상기 프라이머 도포단계가 실시된 후, 370 ~ 410 데니아의 굵기를 가지는 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene) 원사로 이루어진 다수 개의 제1번사(102)가 가로방향으로 편직되는 연결용 루프가 세로방향을 따라 일정 간격 반복 형성되며, 세로방향으로는 배열되는 370 ~ 410 데니아의 굵기를 가지는 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene) 원사로 이루어진 제2번사(104)가 지그재그 방향으로 이동하면서 제1번사(102)의 연결용 루프에 상호 연결하는 연결고리를 형성함과 동시에 편직된 이지시트(100)를 포설하는 이지시트(100) 포설단계와, 상기 바탕면에 포설된 이지시트(100)에 도막방수재를 도포하는 방수재 도포단계와, 상기 방수재 도포단계에 의해 이지시트에 도막방수재가 함침된 후 2 ~ 3시간 경과하여 경화되면, 보호몰탈을 타설하거나 보호재 또는 PE필름을 부착하는 보호층 형성단계를 포함하는 친환경 고무아스팔트와 이지시트를 이용한 복합방수공법에 있어서, 상기 이지시트(100)는 편직과 동시에 180 ~ 220℃로 열처리되며, 1㎡당 150 ~ 180g의 중량의 편직물이고, 상기 방수재 도포단계의 도막방수재는, 1,000cps 이상의 점도와 600% 이상의 점도를 가지며, 고형분이 80% 이상인 액상의 아스팔트계 방수재와 경화제가 17kg : 100 ~ 200cc로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 고무아스팔트와 이지시트를 이용한 복합방수공법을 제공한다.
