The present invention relates to a method for producing an autonomously adhesive integrated waterproof sheet exposed to the outside, and to an autonomously adhesive integrated waterproof sheet produced through the same to be exposed to the outside. The purpose of the present invention to prevent separation of an autonomously adhesive integrated waterproof sheet caused by elapsed time and to maintain a waterproofing function for a long time because concrete heat or moisture absorbed in concrete can be discharged after the autonomously adhesive integrated waterproof sheet exposed to the outside is formed on a concrete structure surface. To this end, the method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: withdrawing a base material of a multilayer composite sheet exposed to the outside from a withdrawing unit of a device for producing an autonomously adhesive integrated waterproof sheet exposed to the outside; supplying an autonomously adhesive rubberized waterproof autonomous adhesive from an adhesive storing unit to form an autonomously adhesive rubberized waterproof autonomous adhesive layer on one surface of the base material of a multilayer composite sheet exposed to the outside, which is withdrawn through the previous step; attaching the autonomously adhesive rubberized waterproof autonomous adhesive on one surface of the base material of a multilayer composite sheet exposed to the outside which is transferred by the adhesive supplied through the previous step to form multiple air flowing paths at regular intervals through an air flowing path forming unit; and attaching release paper withdrawn from a release paper supplying unit on the other surface of the autonomously adhesive rubberized waterproof autonomous adhesive attached on one surface of the base material of a multilayer composite sheet exposed to the outside to have air flowing paths formed therein.

본 발명은 외부노출용 일체형 자착식 방수시트 제조방법 및 이 제조방법에 의해 제조된 외부노출용 일체형 자착식 방수시트에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 콘크리트 구조면에 외부 노출용 일체형 자착식 방수시트 시공 후, 콘크리트 지열이나 콘크리트에 흡수된 수분이 배출가능하므로 시간 경과에 따른 방수시트의 들뜸현상을 방지할 수 있어 방수기능을 장시간 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것에 있으며, 이러한 목적은 외부노출용 일체형 자착식 방수시트 제조장치의 인출부로부터 외부노출용 다층복합시트 기제가 인출되는 단계와, 상기 단계에 의해 인출되는 외부노출용 다층복합시트 기제의 일면에 자착식 고무화 방수 자기 접착층이 형성되도록 접착제저장부로부터 자착식 고무화 방수 자기 접착제가 공급되는 단계와, 상기 단계에 의해 공급되는 접착제에 의해 이송중인 외부노출용 다층복합시트 기제의 일면에 공기유동로형성부를 통하여 일정 간격으로 다수의 공기유동로가 형성되게 자착식 고무화 방수 자기 접착제가 부착되는 단계와, 상기 단계에 의해 외부노출용 다층복합시트 기제의 일면에 공기유동로가 형성되게 부착된 자착식 고무화 방수 자기 접착제의 타면에 이형지공급부로부터 인출되는 이형지가 부착되는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것외부노출용 일체형 자착식 방수시트 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조된 외부노출용 일체형 자착식 방수시트에 의해 달성된다.
