The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a hinge for assembling a hinge body with a pin and a washer to produce high-quality hinge products in mass production. The apparatus includes: a conveying device for forming a conveyance path of an iron plate for producing a hinge, a hinge body and an assembly; a hinge body fabricating device for fabricating the hinge body having a cutting groove, a shaft connecting pipe, a door frame fixing plate, a paper fixing plate, and a connecting bar by processing the iron plate conveyed by the conveying device; a pin-washer assembling device for positioning the hinge body on an accurate position of a first work table by using a hinge body module, pushing the washer into the cutting groove by using a washer module, and pushing the pin into a pin hole of the shaft connecting pipe by using a pin module, thereby fabricating a first assembly; and a rivet assembling device for positioning the first assembly on an accurate position of a second work table by using an assembly mounting module and assembling the rivet to an outer shaft connecting pipe of the first assembly by using a rivet guide portion, a variable jig and a rivet inserting actuator, thereby fabricating a second assembly. The pin-washer assembling device is installed at a position opposite to a position where the pin module is located on the basis of the first work table. A first ejector is provided to separate the first assembly from the first work table such that the first assembly is discharged downward of a first drop hole of the pin-washer assembling device.
본 발명은 고품질의 경첩 제품을 양산화 하기 위한 경첩본체와 핀 및 와셔 조립용 경첩 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 경첩 제작용 철판, 경첩본체 및 조립체의 이송 경로를 형성하는 반송장치; 상기 반송장치로 운반한 상기 철판을 판금 가공하여서, 절개홈, 축연결관, 문틀고정판, 문고정판, 연결바를 갖는 상기 경첩본체를 제작하는 경첩본체 제작기; 상기 경첩본체를 경첩본체모듈로 제 1 작업대에 정위치시키고, 와셔를 와셔모듈로 상기 절개홈에 밀어 넣고, 핀모듈로 핀을 축연결관의 핀홀에 밀어 넣어서 제 1 조립체를 만드는 핀와셔 조립기; 및 상기 제 1 조립체를 조립체안착모듈로 제 2 작업대에 정위치시키고, 리벳가이드부와 가변지그 및 리벳삽입 액추에이터로 리벳을 상기 제 1 조립체의 외측 축연결관에 각각 조립시켜서 제 2 조립체를 만드는 리벳 조립기;를 포함하고, 상기 핀와셔 조립기는, 상기 제 1 작업대를 기준으로 상기 핀모듈이 위치한 곳의 반대쪽 위치에 설치되며, 상기 제 1 조립체를 상기 제 1 작업대로부터 분리시켜서 상기 핀와셔 조립기의 제 1 드롭홀의 아래쪽으로 반출시키는 제 1 배출기를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a hinge for assembling a hinge body with a pin and a washer to produce high-quality hinge products in mass production.
