The present invention relates to an apparatus to manufacture a hinge for rivet assembly, capable of mass-producing a high quality hinge product. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a transfer device to form a transfer path of a steel sheet for making a hinge, a hinge body, and an assembly; a hinge body maker processing the steel plate transferred by the transfer device to make the hinge body including a cut-off groove, a shaft connection tube, a door frame fixing plate, a door fixing plate, and a connection bar; a pin washer assembler placing the hinge body in a correct position on a first worktable with a hinge body module and pushing a pin into a pin hole of the shaft connection tube with a pin module to make a first assembly; and a rivet assembler placing the first assembly in a correct position on a second worktable with an assembly mounting module, and assembling a rivet to an outer shaft connection tube of the first assembly with a rivet guide unit, a variable jig, and a rivet insertion actuator to make a second assembly. The rivet assembler includes a second discharger placed in an opposite position to a place where the assembly mounting module is placed with respect to the second worktable.
본 발명은 고품질의 경첩 제품을 양산화 하기 위한 리벳 조립용 경첩 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 경첩 제작용 철판, 경첩본체 및 조립체의 이송 경로를 형성하는 반송장치; 상기 반송장치로 운반한 상기 철판을 판금 가공하여서, 절개홈, 축연결관, 문틀고정판, 문고정판, 연결바를 갖는 상기 경첩본체를 제작하는 경첩본체 제작기; 상기 경첩본체를 경첩본체모듈로 제 1 작업대에 정위치시키고, 와셔를 와셔모듈로 상기 절개홈에 밀어 넣고, 핀모듈로 핀을 축연결관의 핀홀에 밀어 넣어서 제 1 조립체를 만드는 핀와셔 조립기; 및 상기 제 1 조립체를 조립체안착모듈로 제 2 작업대에 정위치시키고, 리벳가이드부와 가변지그 및 리벳삽입 액추에이터로 리벳을 상기 제 1 조립체의 외측 축연결관에 각각 조립시켜서 제 2 조립체를 만드는 리벳 조립기;를 포함하고, 상기 리벳 조립기는, 상기 제 2 작업대를 기준으로 상기 조립체안착모듈이 위치한 곳의 반대쪽 위치에 설치되어 있는 제 2 배출기를 포함한다.
