Construction method of fume pipe with buried structure
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a hume pipe having a landfill mold structure, and more specifically, to a method for constructing a hume pipe, wherein a hume pipe transporting industrial water or sewage is buried underground. To this end, the present invention comprises: a bed excavation step of excavating the ground surface to form a construction space in which a hume pipe is to be installed; a landfill mold installation step of installing a landfill mold in the construction space to fixate the hume pipe; a hume pipe installation step of arranging the hume pipe at the landfill mold before placing concrete to fixate the hume pipe to the landfill mold; a refilling step of filling the construction space in which the mold, having the hume pipe installed, is arranged; and a finishing step of levelling the refilled ground surface. Therefore, the mold fixating the hume pipe is buried along with the hume pipe, such that the waste of time and workforce caused by a mold disassembly process can be reduced. Furthermore, water leakage and construction time can be reduced, thereby improving constructability and economic feasibility.
본 발명은 거푸집 매립구조를 갖는 흄관 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 용수 또는 하수를 이송시키는 흄관을 지중에 매립하도록 된 흄관 시공방법으로서, 지면을 굴착하여 흄관이 설치될 시공공간을 형성하는 터파기단계와, 상기 시공공간에 상기 흄관을 고정시키도록 매립거푸집을 설치하는 매립거푸집설치단계와, 상기 매립거푸집에 흄관을 배치한 후 콘크리트를 타설하여 상기 매립거푸집에 흄관을 고정시키는 흄관설치단계와, 상기 흄관이 설치된 거푸집이 배치되는 시공공간을 메우는 되메우기단계와, 되메우기된 지면을 평탄화하는 마감단계로 이루어져, 흄관을 고정시키는 거푸집을 흄관과 함께 매립되도록 함으로써, 거푸집 해체작업에 따른 시간과 인력의 낭비를 줄일 수 있게 되고, 누수를 줄일 수 있게 되며 공사기간을 단축시킬 수 있어 시공성과 경제성을 향상되는 효과가 있다.
