The present invention relates to a tension-adjustable hatch structure which enables a door of the hatch to be opened and closed with a minimum force when a user opens and closes the door, thereby enabling a quick response to repair or a sudden case. The tension-adjustable hatch structure comprises: a door (110) including a grip (111) on a front surface, a handle (112) at the center rotatable in both directions to open or close the door, door fixing pieces (113) at both ends of an upper part, and angles (114) coupled to the fixing pieces (113) by bolts (115); a body (120) provided behind the door (110) and including body fixing pieces (121) provided adjacent to both sides of the door fixing pieces (113) and a pair of supporting pieces (122) provided between the body fixing pieces (121); a tension regulator (130) including a first spur gear (143) provided between the pair of supporting pieces (122), a hinge shaft (132) provided through the door fixing pieces (113), the body fixing pieces (121), and the pair of supporting pieces (122), coil springs wound around the hinge shaft (132) and having one end inserted into the angles (114) provided in the door fixing pieces (113) and the other end inserted into a tube (135) fitted into a groove of the first spur gear (142), a second spur gear (140) engaged with the first spur gear (143), and a motor (142) driving the second spur gear (140).
본 발명은 해치의 도어 오픈 및 폐쇄시 최소의 힘으로 해치의 도어를 여.닫을 수 있도록 하여 보수 및 돌발 상황시 빠른 대처를 할 수 있는 장력조절이 가능한 해치 구조에 관한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 전면으로 손잡이(111)와 중앙으로 양 방향 회전 가능하게 구비되어 도어를 오픈 하거나 폐쇄하는 핸들(112)과, 상부 양단에는 도어 고정편(113)이 구비되고, 상기 고정편(113)으로는 볼트(115)에 의해 앵글(114)이 결합되는 도어(110)와,상기 도어(110)의 후방에 구비되며, 상기 도어 고정편(113)의 양 측부로 인접하게 구비되는 본체 고정편(121) 및 상기 본체 고정편(121)의 사이에 구비되는 한 쌍의 지지편(122)을 갖는 본체(120)와,상기 한 쌍의 지지편(122) 사이에 구비되는 제1 스퍼기어(143)와, 상기 도어 고정편(113)과, 본체 고정편(121) 및 한 쌍의 지지편(122)으로 관통 구비되는 힌지축(132)과, 상기 힌지축(132)에 감겨지되, 일단은 도어 고정편(113)에 구비된 앵글(114)로 삽입 고정되고, 타측은 제1 스퍼기어(143)의 요홈으로 끼워진 관(135)의 내부로 삽입 고정되는 코일스프링(131)과, 상기 제1 스퍼기어(143)와 맞물려 지는 제2 스퍼기어(140) 및 상기 제2 스퍼기어(140)를 작동하는 모터(142)가 구비되는 장력조절기(130);를 포함하는 것에 특징이 있다.
The present invention relates to a tension-adjustable hatch structure which enables a door of the hatch to be opened and closed with a minimum force when a user opens and closes the door, thereby enabling a quick response to repair or a sudden case.
