Complex waterproofing method using environment-friendly rubberized asphalt and easy-sheet
The present invention relates to an easy coat for membrane waterproofing and a composite waterproofing method using the same. More specifically, the easy coat for membrane waterproofing comprises: 30 to 40 wt% of straight asphalt; 5 to 8 wt% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) resin; 2 to 10 wt% of ethylene, propylene, non-conjugated diene (EPDM); 3 to 7 wt% of polybutene; 5 to 15 wt% of an acrylic emulsion; 2 to 12 wt% of carbon nano-tube (CNT); 3 to 6 wt% of a terpene resin; 10 to 20 wt% of a gum rosin; 10 to 20 wt% of process oil; 0.3 to 1 wt% of an antifoaming agent; and 0.1 to 2 wt% of an antioxidant. Therefore, provided are the easy coat for membrane waterproofing and the complex waterproofing method using the same, wherein the easy coat is smoothly impregnated into a reinforcing sheet made of a knitted fabric to maintain a strong organizational power and make securing thickness easy, and is elastically expandable and contractable in adaptation with the behavior of the base surface after curing to prevent crack and breakage phenomena in advance.
본 발명은 도막방수용 이지코트 및 이를 이용한 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 스트레이트 아스팔트 30 ~ 40중량%, EVA 수지(Ethylene-Vinyl acetate copolymer) 5 ~ 8 중량%, EPDM(Ethylene,Propylene,Non-conjugated Diene) 2 ~ 10 중량%, 폴리부텐(Polybutene) 3 ~ 7 중량%, 아크릴 에멀젼 5 ~ 15 중량%, CNT(탄소 나노튜브, Carbon nanotube) 2 ~ 12 중량%, 터펜수지 3 ~ 6 중량%, 검로진 10 ~ 20 중량%, 프로세스오일 10 ~ 20 중량%, 소포제 0.3 ~ 1 중량%, 산화방지제 0.1 ~ 2 중량%로 조성된다. 따라서, 편직물로 이루어진 보강시트에 이지코트가 원활하게 함침되게 하여 탄탄한 조직력이 유지되게 하면서 두께 확보가 용이하게 하고, 경화 후 바탕면의 거동에 순응하여 탄력적으로 신축할 수 있게 하여 크랙, 파단 현상이 미연에 방지될 수 있게 하는 도막방수용 이지코트 및 이를 이용한 복합방수공법을 제공한다.
