Reinforced gabion retaining wall and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to an integrated gabion reinforced earth retaining wall and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, as a front member of a reinforced earth retaining wall is formed by stacking gabion units vertically, complete drainage can possible, and also, one end of a reinforcement member is installed between the upper and lower gabion units to prevent the horizontal displacement and collapse of the front member caused by horizontal earth pressure while enabling easy and economical construction. According to the present invention, the integrated gabion reinforced earth retaining wall includes: a front member formed by stacking a plurality of gabion units, which are made by filling a gabion with gabion stone, closely to each other; rear side earth placed on the rear side of the front member; a reinforcement member having one end placed between the stacked upper and lower gabion units and having the other end buried in the rear side earth; a rear fixing member which is a hardened body installed behind a space between the stacked upper and lower gabion units, and placed on the site to integrate the front end of the reinforcement member with the rear side of upper and lower gabions of the gabion units by surrounding the upper and lower gabions and the reinforcement member; and a lateral fixing member which is a hardened body installed in the upper part of a lateral sieve of a gabion between a first-stage gabion unit, which is the lowermost, and a second-stage gabion unit on the first-stage gabion unit, and placed on the site so that the top of a lateral sieve of the first-stage gabion unit and the bottom of a lateral sieve of the second-stage gabion unit are individually settled and fixed therein.
본 발명은 개비온 유니트를 상하로 적층하여 보강토 옹벽의 전면 부재를 구성함으로써 완전 배수가 가능하고, 보강재의 일단을 상하부 개비온 유니트 사이에 정착함으로써 수평 토압에 의한 전면 부재의 수평 변위 및 붕괴를 방지함과 동시에 시공이 용이하고 경제적인 일체형 개비온 보강토 옹벽 및 이의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 일체형 개비온 보강토 옹벽은 망태의 내부에 개비온석이 채워진 개비온 유니트가 상하 서로 밀착되도록 복수 개 적층되어 구성되는 전면 부재; 상기 전면 부재의 배면에 구비되는 배면토; 일단은 상기 적층되는 상하부 개비온 유니트 사이에 정착되고, 타단은 배면토의 내부에 매립되는 보강재; 상기 적층되는 상하부 개비온 유니트 사이 후방에 구비되는 것으로, 상하부 개비온 유니트의 망태 및 보강재를 감싸 상하부 망태의 후방 및 보강재의 전단을 일체화하도록 현장 타설되는 경화체인 후방고정부재; 및 최하단의 제1단 개비온 유니트와 상기 제1단 개비온 유니트 상부의 제2단 개비온 유니트의 사이에서 망태의 측면망체 상부에 구비되는 것으로 제1단 개비온 유니트의 측면망체 상단과 제2단 개비온 유니트의 측면망체 하단이 각각 내부에 정착되어 고정되도록 현장 타설되는 경화체인 측방고정부재; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
