Reinforced gabion retaining wall and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to an integrated gabion reinforced earth retaining wall and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, as a front member of a reinforced earth retaining wall is formed by stacking gabion units vertically, complete drainage can possible, and also, the upper and lower gabion units are integrated through a rear fixing member to prevent the horizontal displacement and collapse of the front member caused by horizontal earth pressure while enabling easy and economical construction. According to the present invention, the gabion reinforced earth retaining wall includes: a front member formed by stacking a plurality of gabion units, which are made by filling a gabion with gabion stone, closely to each other; rear side earth placed on the rear side of the front member; a rear fixing member which is a hardened body placed on the site to integrate the front side of a reinforcement member with the rear side of upper and lower gabions by surrounding a gabion behind a space between the stacked upper and lower gabion units, and protruding towards the rear side earth behind the gabion; a reinforcement member having one end placed between the stacked upper and lower gabion units, and having the other end buried in the rear side earth to enable the front side to be fixed to the inside of the rear fixing member; and a protection member maintaining and protecting the shape of the rear fixing member by covering a partial or whole upper surface including the upper surface of a part of the rear fixing member, protruding towards the rear side earth.
본 발명은 개비온 유니트를 상하로 적층하여 보강토 옹벽의 전면 부재를 구성함으로써 완전 배수가 가능하고, 상하부 개비온 유니트를 후방고정부재로 일체화함으로써 수평 토압에 의한 전면 부재의 수평 변위 및 붕괴를 방지함과 동시에 시공이 용이하고 경제적인 일체형 개비온 보강토 옹벽 및 이의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 일체형 개비온 보강토 옹벽은 망태의 내부에 개비온석이 채워진 개비온 유니트가 상하 서로 밀착되도록 복수 개가 적층되어 구성되는 전면 부재; 상기 전면 부재의 배면에 구비되는 배면토; 상기 적층되는 상하부 개비온 유니트 사이 후방에 망태를 감싸 상하부 망태의 후방과 보강재의 전방을 일체화하도록 현장 타설되는 경화체로 망태 후방의 배면토 측으로 돌출되는 후방고정부재; 일단은 상기 적층되는 상하부 개비온 유니트 사이에 정착되고, 타단은 배면토의 내부에 매립되어 전방이 상기 후방고정부재의 내부에 고정되는 보강재; 및 상기 후방고정부재의 배면토 측으로 돌출된 부위의 상면을 포함하는 상면 일부 또는 전부를 덮어 후방고정부재의 형상을 유지하고 보호하는 보호 부재; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
