Rotary dust separator with improved discharge function
The present invention relates to a rotary dust separator with an improved impurity discharge function, which can discharge impurities placed on a lower end of the dust separator below a screen, thereby improving impurity collecting efficiency and smoothing a flow of sewage passing through the dust separator. That is, the rotary dust separator with the improved impurity discharge function includes: a main body configured to be inclined upwards so that a lower end is mounted on a floor of a waterway and configured to connect both supporters to each other by a connecting member to correspond to a width of the waterway through which the sewage passes; a driving means including a chain and a sprocket installed on the supporters to be driven by a driving motor installed on an upper end of the main body; a screen installed on a lower side of the main body; a discharge plate installed on the main body to be positioned on an upper side of the screen; and rakes fixed to both side chains by a predetermined interval to draw up and discharge the impurities stuck in the screen. Also, the rotary dust separator with the improved impurity discharge function includes: an auxiliary screen fixedly installed on the main body so that a lower end is adjacent to the floor of the waterway at a lower end of the screen; an auxiliary rake drawing up the impurities stuck in the auxiliary screen into an operation radius of the rakes; and a lifting means lifting the auxiliary rake along the auxiliary screen.
본 발명은 협잡물 배출기능이 개선된 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로, 스크린 보다 아래쪽의 제진기 하단 부분에 있는 협잡물 배출이 가능하도록 함으로써 협잡물 수거 효율성을 향상시키고, 제진기를 통과하는 하수의 흐름을 원활히 할 수 있는 기능성을 제공한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 하단이 수로의 바닥에 안치되도록 상향으로 경사지게 구성되며, 하수가 이동하는 수로의 폭에 부합하도록 양측 지지체를 연결부재로 상호연결하여 구성한 본체와; 본체 상단에 설치한 구동모터에 의해 구동하도록 지지체에 설치한 스프로킷 및 체인을 포함하는 구동수단과; 상기 본체의 하측에 설치되는 스크린과; 스크린 상측에 위치하도록 본체에 설치한 배출판과; 상기 양측 체인에 일정간격으로 고정되어 스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 끌어 올려 배출하는 레이크들을 포함하도록 구성하되; 상기 스크린의 하단으로 하단이 수로의 바닥과 근접되게 본체에 고정 설치한 보조스크린과; 상기 보조스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 레이크의 작동반경 내로 끌어 올리는 보조레이크와; 상기 보조스크린을 따라 보조레이크를 승강시키는 승강수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
