Apparatus for Preventing from Vertical Fire Spreading on Exterior Wall System
The present invention relates to an insulation improvement and fire spread prevention apparatus for an outer wall system, capable of improving insulation by easily shielding a space formed between an outer wall of a building and an outer wall system constituting an outer insulation structure of the building while effectively preventing a fire from vertically spreading through the outer wall of the building by being expanded by high-temperature heat generated in case of a fire, and facilitating construction. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the insulation improvement and fire spread prevention apparatus for an outer wall system is installed in an outer wall system to prevent a fire from spreading through an outer wall of a building. The outer wall system includes: a frame installed at a distance from an outer wall of a building; a plurality of metal composite panels installed to cover the outer wall of the building while being fixed to the frame; and an insulation material coupled with the rear side of the metal composite panels. The insulation improvement and fire spread prevention apparatus includes: a foaming pad installed by being inserted between the frame and the outer wall so as to be elastically attached to the rear side of the frame, and made of a thermal expansion resin material expanded by heat in case of a fire; and a foaming sheet made of a thermal expansion resin material expanded by heat in case of a fire, and installed to surround the frame and the foaming pad at the same time.
본 발명은 건물의 외단열 구조를 이루는 외벽 시스템과 건물의 외벽면 사이에 발생하는 공간을 용이하게 차폐하여 단열성을 향상시킴과 동시에 화재시 발생하는 고온의 열에 의해 팽창하여 건물 외벽면을 통해 수직 화재 확산을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 시공이 매우 용이한 외벽 시스템의 단열 향상 및 화재확산 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 한 형태에 따른 외벽 시스템의 단열 향상 및 화재확산 방지 장치는, 건물의 외벽면에 간격을 두고 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임에 고정되면서 건물의 외벽면을 덮도록 설치되는 복수의 금속복합패널과, 상기 금속복합패널의 후면에 결합되는 단열재를 포함하는 외벽 시스템에 설치되어, 건물의 외벽면을 통해 화재가 확산되는 것을 방지하는 화재확산 방지장치로서, 상기 프레임의 후방면에 탄력적으로 밀착되도록 상기 프레임과 외벽면 사이에 삽입되어 설치되며, 화재시 열에 의해 팽창하는 열팽창성 수지 재질로 된 발포패드; 및, 화재시 열에 의해 팽창하는 열팽창성 수지 재질의 시트로 되어, 상기 발포패드와 프레임을 동시에 둘러싸도록 설치되는 발포시트;를 포함한다.
