Construction Method of Outside Insulation System for Preventing from Vertical Fire Spreading
The present invention relates to a method for constructing an external heat insulation system having a barrier for preventing vertical fire spreading, which blocks the gap between insulation materials among the insulation materials vertically arranged on an outer wall surface of a building while covering the outer surface of the insulation materials, thereby protecting the insulation materials from a fire when one breaks out, and prevents the fire from spreading in a vertical direction through the gap between the insulation materials and an external finishing material. To this end, the method for constructing an external heat insulation system having a barrier for preventing vertical fire spreading according to the present invention comprises: a step (S1) of inserting and installing a barrier into a plurality of insulation materials installed on an outer wall surface of a building, which has a core plate of a metal material, and a fire-resistive cover surrounding the outer surface of the core plate and is made of a thermal expansion non-flammable resin material which is foamed by heat in case of a fire; and a step (S2) of installing a plurality of metal composite panels at a frame which is installed at an interval from the outer wall surface of the insulation materials.
본 발명은 건물의 외벽면에 상하로 배치되는 단열재 사이사이에서 단열재 사이를 차단함과 동시에 단열재의 외면을 덮도록 하여, 화재 발생시 단열재를 화재로부터 보호함과 더불어 단열재와 외장마감재 사이의 공간을 통해 화재가 수직 방향으로 확산되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 수직 화재확산 방지용 배리어를 갖는 외단열 시스템의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 수직 화재확산 방지용 배리어를 갖는 외단열 시스템의 시공방법은, (S1) 건물의 외벽면에 설치된 복수의 단열재 사이에 금속 재질의 코어플레이트와, 상기 코어플레이트의 외면을 둘러싸며 화재시 열에 의해 발포하는 열팽창성 난연 수지 재질로 된 내화커버를 포함하는 배리어를 삽입하여 설치하는 단계; 및, (S2) 상기 단열재의 외벽면과 거리를 두고 설치된 프레임에 복수의 금속복합패널을 설치하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
