Apparatus for Preventing from Vertical Fire Spreading on Exterior Wall System
The present invention relates to an outer wall system including a frame where a metal composite panel is installed and, more specifically, to an apparatus for preventing fire spread in a frame crossing part of an outer wall system, which is easily constructed in a part where a frame installed in a transverse direction and a frame installed in a longitudinal direction cross with each other, to prevent a fire from spreading through a crossing part of the frames by certainly shielding a space between the rear side of the crossing part of the frames and an outer wall of a building. According to the present invention, the apparatus includes: a foaming mount pad tightly fixed to the front side of a crossing part of frames installed in transverse and longitudinal directions at a distance from an outer wall of a building to install a metal composite panel on the outer wall, and made of a thermal expansion resin material expanded by heat in case of a fire; and a plurality of shielding wings formed in four corners of the foaming mount pad to be bent backward, and made of a thermal expansion resin material shielding a space of four corners of the crossing part of the frames while having a rear end attached to the outer wall of the building.
본 발명은 금속복합패널이 설치되는 프레임을 구비한 외벽 시스템에 있어서, 가로방향으로 설치된 프레임과 세로 방향으로 설치된 프레임이 교차하는 부분에 용이하게 시공되어 프레임의 교차부의 후면과 건물의 외벽면 사이의 공간을 확실히 차폐함으로써 이 교차부를 통한 화재 확산을 방지할 수 있도록 된 외벽 시스템의 프레임 교차부의 화재확산 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 외벽 시스템의 프레임 교차부의 화재확산 방지장치는, 건물의 외벽면에 금속복합패널 설치하기 위하여 외벽면에 간격을 두고 가로 및 세로 방향으로 설치되는 프레임의 교차부의 전방면에 밀착되어 고정되며, 화재시 열에 의해 팽창하는 열팽창성 수지 재질로 된 발포성 마운트패드와; 상기 발포성 마운트패드의 네 모서리 부분에 후방으로 절곡되게 형성되며, 후단부가 건물의 외벽면에 밀착되면서 프레임의 교차부의 네 모서리 부분의 공간을 차폐하는 열팽창성 수지 재질로 된 복수의 차폐날개;를 포함한다.
