Polyurethane coating agent and manufacturing method thereof and waterproof method using thereof
According to the present invention, provided is a water-based non-yellowing transparent polyurethane coating agent, including: a solution-A prepared by adding 70 to 90 parts by weight of pentyl acetate, 60 to 80 parts by weight of 1-pentanol, 50 to 70 parts by weight of 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl chloride, and 40 to 60 parts by weight of cyclohexyl 3,5-dinitrobenzoate to 100 parts by weight of a polyurethane emulsion; and a solution-B prepared by adding 30 to 50 parts by weight of pentylmagnesium bromide, 20 to 40 parts by weight of triphenylmethanol, and 10 to 30 parts by weight of 2-heptanone to 100 parts by weight of 2-methyl-1-aziridine propionate, wherein the solution-A and the solution-B are mixed in a predetermined volume ratio.
본 발명에 의하면, 폴리우레탄에멀전 100 중량부에 펜틸아세테이트 70~90 중량부, 1-펜탄올 60~80 중량부, 3,5-디나이트로벤조일클로라이드 50~70 중량부 및 싸이클로핵실 3,5-디나이트로벤조에이트 40~60 중량부가 첨가되어 제조된 A액과; 2-메틸-1-아지리딘프로피오네이트 100 중량부에 펜틸마그네슘브로마이드 30~50 중량부, 트리페닐메탄올 20~40 중량부 및 2-햅타논 10~30 중량부가 첨가되어 제조된 B액을 포함하고, A액과 B액이 소정의 부피비로 혼합되는 수성 무황변 투명 폴리우레탄 코팅제가 제공된다.
