APPARATUS CONSTRUCTING BASE CONCRETE STRUCTURE OF EMBEDDED RAIL TRACK HAVING GROOVE
The present invention relates to a ballast concrete form apparatus equipped with block paving grooves of a rail-embedded track. The ballast concrete form apparatus of the present invention comprises: at least two form sidewall members that are installed in a lengthwise direction of a concrete foundation constructed along a rail-embedded track to be constructed, with a distance therebetween in a widthwise direction of the concrete foundation; anchor bolt assemblies arranged in at least two rows between the form sidewall members in the lengthwise direction of the concrete foundation; unit rail grooves form installed along one row of the anchor bolt assemblies to form a rail groove; and a block paving groove form installed between the two unit rail groove forms to form a block paving groove. According to the present invention, the form apparatus not only makes it possible to construct the rail groove of the rail-embedded track, with a finishing level within an error level of a reference level, but also makes the construction easy and simple, and enables blocks to be easily paved on top of the concrete ballast of a tramway track.
본 발명은 레일매립궤도의 블록포장홈이 구비된 도상콘크리트 거푸집장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 시공될 레일매립궤도에 따라 시공된 기초콘크리트에 폭방향으로 서로 간격을 두고 상기 기초콘크리트의 길이방향으로 설치되는 적어도 두 개의 거푸집측벽부재들; 상기 기초콘크리트의 길이방향을 따라 상기 거푸집측벽부재들 사이에 적어도 두 개의 열로 배열되는 앵커볼트어셈블리들; 상기 앵커볼트어셈블리들의 한 개의 열을 따라 설치되어 레일홈을 형성하는 단위레일홈거푸집; 및 상기 두 개의 단위레일홈거푸집들 사이에 설치되어 블록포장홈을 형성하는 블록포장홈거푸집을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 레일매립궤도 레일홈의 마감수준을 기준수준의 오차범위 내로 시공할 뿐만 아니라 시공을 쉽고 간단하게 하고, 트렘궤도의 도상콘크리트 상면에 쉽게 블록들을 포장할 수 있다.
