Reinforcing structure and reinforcement method of concrete structure
According to the present invention, a reinforcing structure of a concrete structure comprises: a steel mesh installed on a surface of a reinforcement surface of the concrete structure; a corner bead installed on one or more end parts of the steel mesh to fix and bond the reinforcement surface with the steel mesh; a mortar layer covering a surface of the reinforcement surface with the steel mesh and the corner bead installed; and a neutralization prevention layer covering a surface of the mortar layer. According to the present invention, a reinforcement method using a reinforcing structure comprises: a pretreatment step to chip and clean a reinforcement surface of the concrete structure; a mesh installation step to install the steel mesh on the reinforcement surface; a corner bead installation step to install the corner bead on one end part of the steel mesh and fix and bond the steel mesh on the reinforcement surface; a repairing step to place mortar on the reinforcement surface with the steel mesh and the corner bead installed, and form a mortar layer; and a finishing step to spread a neutralization preventive agent on the surface of the mortar layer and form a neutralization prevention layer. Therefore, stability of the reinforcing structure can be improved.
본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 구조물의 보강 구조는, 콘크리트 구조물의 보강면의 표면에 설치된 스틸 메쉬; 상기 스틸 메쉬의 적어도 일 단부에 설치되어 상기 보강면과 상기 스틸 메쉬를 고정 결착하는 코너 비드; 상기 스틸 메쉬 및 상기 코너 비드가 설치된 상기 보강면의 표면을 덮는 모르타르층; 상기 모르타르층의 표면을 덮는 중성화 방지층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 보강 구조를 이용하는 보강 공법은, 콘크리트 구조물의 보강면을 치핑하고 세정하는, 전처리 단계; 상기 보강면의 표면에 상기 스틸 메쉬를 설치하는, 메쉬 설치 단계; 상기 스틸 메쉬의 일 단부에 상기 코너 비드를 설치하여 상기 스틸 메쉬를 상기 보강면에 고정 결착하는, 코너 비드 설치 단계; 상기 스틸 메쉬와 상기 코너 비드가 설치된 상기 보강면의 표면에 모르타르를 타설하여 모르타르층을 형성하는, 보수 단계; 상기 모르타르층의 표면에 중성화 방지제를 도포하여 중성화 방지층을 형성하는, 마감 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
