To provide a reinforcement structure of a concrete structure and a reinforcing method of a concrete structure capable of effectively reinforcing a concrete structure.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure 10 of a concrete structure 1 comprises: a groove portion 20 formed in the concrete structure 1; a reinforcing material 30 buried in the groove portion 20 and reinforcing the concrete structure 1; and a curing agent 40 filled in the groove portion 20 and cured to fix the reinforcing material 30 to the concrete structure 1.
