The present invention relates to a sound insulation panel including a solar panel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sound insulation panel comprises: an upper sound-absorbing panel placed on the front and capable of moving up and down; a solar panel installed on an upper surface of the upper sound-absorbing panel; a sound-absorbing wall disposed at the rear of the upper sound-absorbing panel and supporting the sound-absorbing panel; a first coupling member which secures the upper sound-absorbing panel to the upper side of the sound-absorbing wall and provides vertical movement; a first moving member having one end coupled to a lower side of the upper sound-absorbing panel and the other end coupled to one side of the sound-absorbing wall; and a canopy installed on the upper side of the sound-absorbing wall perpendicular to the sound-absorbing wall and spaced apart by a reference distance.
