The present invention relates to eco-friendly low density lightweight aggregate mortar using dry processed bottom ash and concrete using the same. The eco-friendly low density lightweight aggregate mortar uses dry processed bottom ash, cooled by consistently supplying air at room temperature after dropping to a perforated belt, as a raw material unlike wet bottom ash cooled by dropping in a water tank in a thermoelectric power plant, improves shape and surface properties through crushing and grinding processes, and is eco-friendly, economical, and lighter compared to existing artificial lightweight aggregate.
본 발명은 건식공정 바텀애시를 이용한 친환경 저밀도 경량골재 모르타르 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 화력발전소에서 수조에 낙하시켜 냉각하는 습식 바텀애시와 달리 타공된 벨트에 낙하시킨 후 상온의 공기를 지속적으로 공급하는 방식으로 냉각한 건식공정 바텀애시를 원료로 사용하고 파쇄 및 마쇄 공정을 통하여 형상과 표면특성을 개선하여 종래 인공경량골재에 비하여 매우 환경친화적이고 경제적이며 경량인 건식공정 바텀애시를 이용한 친환경 저밀도 경량골재 모르타르 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트에 관한 것이다.
