The present invention relates to a method for preparing an admixture. An admixture is manufactured by hydrating CaO-containing coal ash into inorganic sludge of bottom ash or pond ash and grinding the sludge using a ball mill or the like, so fluidized-bed coal ash in which the entire quantity is buried can be reused, and any one of KS L 5405, EN 405-1 or ASTM 618-05 is satisfied by using CaO-containing coal ash in which free lime causing problems such as durability, expansion, weathering, cracks and reduction in strength of concrete is stabilized.
본 발명은 혼화재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, CaO 함유 석탄회를 저회 또는 매립회의 무기성 오니로 수화시키고 볼밀(ball mill) 등을 이용하여 분쇄하여 혼화재를 제조함으로써 전량 매립되던 유동층 석탄회를 재활용하고 콘크리트의 내구성, 팽창, 풍화, 균열 및 강도저하 등 문제를 일으키는 유리석회를 안정화시킨 CaO 함유 석탄회를 이용하여 혼화재의 표준 KS 규격(KS L 5405)이나, EN 규격(EN 405-1) 혹은 ASTM규격(ASTM 618-05) 중 어느 하나를 만족시키는 효과가 있다.
