PILE FIXED TYPE RAILWAY SOUNDPROOF STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a pile-fixed railroad soundproof wall capable of enabling more quick and easy construction of a railroad soundproof wall by applying a pile fixing method, not requiring concrete placement work, to support the bottom of the railroad soundproof wall. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: a fixed pile (10) fixed and installed along a railroad side at regular intervals in a direction vertical to the ground; a pile cap (20) combined with the upper part of the fixed pile (10); a duct frame (30) installed by having both ends inserted to connect a gap of the pile cap(20); a hinge plate (40) combined with the upper part of the pile cap (20) through a combination bolt (45); a soundproof wall (100) placed in the upper part of the duct frame (30); and a second hinge plate (50) formed in the lower part of a support beam (110) of the soundproof wall (100) to be combined with the first hinge plate (40).
본 발명은 파일 고정형 철도 방음벽에 관한 것으로서, 철도 방음벽의 하부지지를 위하여 콘크리트 타설작업이 필요없는 파일 고정형태가 적용되어짐으로서 철도 방음벽의 시공이 보다 신속하고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있게 된다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 철로변을 따라 일정 간격을 이루어 지면에 수직방향으로 고정 설치되는 고정파일(10)과; 상기 고정파일(10)의 상부에 체결되는 파일캡(20)과; 상기 파일캡(20) 사이를 연결하기 위해 양단부가 끼워져 설치되는 덕트프레임(30)과; 상기 파일캡(20) 상부에 체결볼트(45)에 의한 체결이 이루어지는 제1힌지플레이트(40)와; 상기 덕트프레임(30) 상부에 안착 지지되는 방음벽(100)과; 상기 제1힌지플레이트(40)와의 결합을 위해 방음벽(100)의 지주빔(110) 하부에 구성되는 제2힌지플레이트(50)를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
