Detachable Connecting Hinge Assembly For A Folding Type Door
The present invention relates to a detachable connecting hinge assembly for a folding type door, which includes: a connection frame body (2) connecting a first and a second door which neighbor each other; a pair of boss blocks (3, 3) at an upper side and a lower side which form a first and a second fastening hole (27, 28) while being inserted to an upper side and a lower side of an inner space (S) of the connection frame body (2); a pair of first and second link gears (4, 5) (4, 5) which are interlinked to each other by being installed rotatably on an outer side of the boss blocks (3, 3); a pair of first and second insertion shims (6, 7)(6, 7) at an upper side and a lower side whose one end part (33) is combined onto the link gears (4, 5) (4, 5); and a pair of first and second receivers (8, 9) (8, 9) fastened detachably in order to be linked to each of the first and the second insertion shims (6, 7) (6, 7). Therefore, since the detachable connecting hinge assembly of the present invention is detachably combined to the connection frame body through the first and the second door insertion shims and the receivers, it is possible to perform a work of assembling the door to the door frame or disassembling the door from the door frame very conveniently, rapidly, and safely.
본 발명은 접이식문의 착탈식 연결힌지 조립체에 관한 것으로, 이웃한 제1 및 제2 문짝(20,30) 사이를 연결하는 접속틀체(2); 접속틀체(2) 내부 공간(S)의 상하로 각각 삽입되되, 제1 및 제2 체결공(27,28)을 각각 형성하는 상하측 한 쌍의 보스블럭(3,3`); 상기 보스블럭(3,3`) 외측면에 회전 가능하게 장착되어 상호 맞물림되는 상하측 한 쌍의 제1 및 제2 연동기어(4,5)(4`,5`); 일단부(33)가 각각의 상기 연동기어(4,5)(4`,5`) 위에 결합되는 상하측 한 쌍의 제1 및 제2 끼움쇠(6,7)(6`,7`); 및 상기 제1 및 제2 끼움쇠(6,7)(6`,7`)와 각각 연동하도록 착탈 가능하게 체결되는 한 쌍의 제1 및 제2 받이대(8,9)(8`,9`);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 따라서 제1 및 제2 문짝이 끼움쇠와 받이대를 통해 접속틀체에 착탈 가능하게 결합되므로, 문틀에 문짝을 조립하거나 해체하는 작업을 매우 편리하고, 신속하며, 안전하게 수행할 수 있게 된다.
