Detachable Connecting Hinge Assembly For A Folding Type Door And Assembling Method For A Folding Type Door Having The Detachable Connecting Hinge Assembly
The present invention relates to a detachable connecting hinge assembly for a folding type door and an assembling method of the folding type door comprising the same. The assembly (1) includes: a connecting frame body (2) which is concatenated to doors (20, 30), by being relatively rotatable to side edge surfaces (21, 31) among facing side edge surfaces (21, 31) of the neighboring first and second doors (20, 30); and a first linking unit and a second linking unit (10-1, 10-2) which link the doors (20, 30) during opening and closing, while having one end relatively rotatably combined to at least one of an upper part and a lower part of the connecting frame body (2) and another detachably combined to one edge (22, 32) close to the connecting frame body (2) of the doors (20, 30). The first linking unit and the second linking unit (10-1, 10-2) are rotated by being interlocked to gear parts (4, 5) when one of the doors (20, 30) is opened and closed, so that another one of the doors (20, 30) is opened and closed at the same angle simultaneously. Therefore, since the first door and the second door are detachably combined to the connecting frame body, it is possible to perform a work of assembling the door to the door frame or disassembling the door from the door frame very conveniently, rapidly, and safely.
본 발명은 접이식문의 착탈식 연결힌지 조립체 및 그를 구비한 접이식문의 조립방법에 관한 것으로, 이 조립체(1)는 이웃한 제1 및 제2 문짝(20,30)의 서로 마주보는 측단 모서리면(21,31) 사이에서 각각의 상기 측단 모서리면(21,31)에 상대 회전 가능하게 접촉되어, 상기 문짝(20,30)과 연접되는 접속틀체(2); 및 일단은 상기 접속틀체(2)의 상하단 적어도 한 쪽에 상대 회동 가능하게 결합되고, 타단은 상기 문짝(20,30)의 상하단 적어도 한 쪽에서 상기 문짝(20,30)의 상기 접속틀체(2)와 인접한 일측 모서리(22,32)에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어, 개폐 시 상기 문짝(20,30)을 연동시키는 제1 및 제2 연동수단(10-1,10-2);을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 제1 및 제2 연동수단(10-1,10-2)은 상기 문짝(20,30)의 어느 한 쪽이 개폐될 때 기어부(4`,5`)가 맞물려 돌아감으로써 상기 문짝(20,30)의 다른 한 쪽도 동시에 동일한 회전 각도로 개폐되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 제1 및 제2 문짝이 접속틀체에 착탈 가능하게 결합되므로, 문틀에 문짝을 조립하거나 해체하는 작업을 매우 편리하고, 신속하며, 안전하게 수행할 수 있게 된다.

The present invention relates to a detachable connecting hinge assembly for a folding type door and an assembling method of the folding type door comprising the same. The assembly (1) includes: a connecting frame body (2) which is concatenated to doors (20, 30), by being relatively rotatable to side edge surfaces (21, 31) among facing side edge surfaces (21, 31) of the neighboring first and second doors (20, 30); and a first linking unit and a second linking unit (10-1, 10-2) which link the doors (20, 30) during opening and closing, while having one end relatively rotatably combined to at least one of an upper part and a lower part of the connecting frame body (2) and another detachably combined to one edge (22, 32) close to the connecting frame body (2) of the doors (20, 30). The first linking unit and the second linking unit (10-1, 10-2) are rotated by being interlocked to gear parts (4, 5) when one of the doors (20, 30) is opened and closed, so that another one of the doors (20, 30) is opened and closed at the same angle simultaneously. Therefore, since the first door and the second door are detachably combined to the connecting frame body, it is possible to perform a work of assembling the door to the door frame or disassembling the door from the door frame very conveniently, rapidly, and safely.
