Combination structure of permanent concrete form and prefabricated reinforced concrete column assembly
The present invention provides a coupling structure of a lightweight permanent mold for a pre-assembled column assembly, wherein the concrete mold is coupled in front of a column assembly and horizontally slid and fixed together so as to be easily coupled to the column assembly, thereby improving constructability and shortening the construction duration. The coupling structure serves to couple a lightweight permanent concrete mold to a pre-assembled column assembly to form a reinforce concrete column, wherein the pre-assembled column assembly includes a plurality of angled steel members disposed on respective corners thereof at positions spaced apart at a predetermined interval from column surfaces of the column, and support bars coupled to the outside of the angled steel members to horizontally couple the angled steel members. The lightweight permanent concrete mold includes flat plates for forming outer surfaces of the concrete column, and a protruding portion disposed on the inside of the flat plates and protruding as an enlarged portion from one side or both sides of an end portion of a connecting portion protruding in a direction perpendicular to the flat plates in the longitudinal direction of the column. A locking hole is formed on the outer side of the support bar so as to be vertically extended through the support bar, and the enlarged portion of the permanent mold is fixedly fitted into the locking hole of the support bar.
본 발명은 경량 거푸집을 기둥 조립체 전면에서 결합하여 좌우 슬라이딩 이동시켜 고정함으로써, 선조립 기둥 조립체에 영구거푸집을 용이하게 결합하여 시공성 향상 및 공기 단축이 가능한 선조립 기둥 조립체용 경량 영구거푸집의 결합 구조에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 강합성콘크리트 기둥을 형성하기 위해 기둥의 각 모서리에 기둥 면과 일정 간격 내부로 이격된 위치에 배치되는 복수의 형강재 및 상기 복수의 형강재를 수평 방향으로 상호 연결하도록 형강재의 외부에 결합되는 지지바로 구성되는 선조립 기둥 조립체에 경량 영구거푸집을 결합하기 위한 경량 영구거푸집의 결합 구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 경량 영구거푸집은 콘크리트 기둥의 외측면을 형성하기 위한 평판부 및 상기 평판부의 내측에 기둥의 길이 방향으로 평판부와 수직 방향으로 돌출되는 연결부의 단부에 일측 또는 양측으로 확대부가 돌출 형성된 돌기부로 구성되고, 상기 지지바의 외측에는 걸림공이 상하로 관통 형성되어 상기 경량 영구거푸집의 확대부가 상기 걸림공에 삽입되어 걸려 경량 영구거푸집이 지지바에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
