Dual Waterproofing Structure with Insulation Perfomance and Construction Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a dual waterproof structure with insulation and a construction method thereof which can reduce energy consumption in a winter season. According to the present invention, the dual waterproof structure with insulation comprises: an insulator layer including a plurality of insulators installed on an upper portion of floor concrete at regular intervals; a waterproof layer formed on an upper portion of the insulator layer, comprising a waterproof sheet or waterproof paint with insulation, and extended to an outer wall of a building; and pressing concrete constructed on an upper portion of the waterproof layer to prevent the insulators and the waterproof layer from rising, and provided with cut portions formed at regular intervals. According to the present invention, the construction method of a dual waterproof structure comprises: a step of arranging insulators at regular intervals after removing foreign substances from the upper surface of floor concrete to form an insulator layer; a step of attaching a waterproof sheet with insulation to a surface of an outer wall of a building connected to an upper portion of the insulator layer and floor concrete or coating waterproof paint with insulation in a prescribed thickness to form a waterproof layer; and a step of forming cut portions on pressing concrete at regular intervals after placing the pressing concrete on an upper portion of the waterproof layer, and caulking a caulking sealant on the cut portions to seal the cut portions.
본 발명을 단열성을 구비한 이중방수구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 단열성을 구비한 이중방수구조는, 바닥 콘크리트의 상부에 일정 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수의 단열재로 이루어진 단열재층과; 상기 단열재층의 상부에 형성되고 단열성이 있는 방수시트 또는 방수도료로 이루어지며 건물의 외벽까지 연장 형성되는 방수층과; 상기 단열재와 방수층이 들뜨는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 방수층의 상부에 시공되며 일정 간격으로 절개부가 형성된 누름 콘크리트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 본 발명의 단열성을 구비한 이중방수구조의 시공방법은, 바닥 콘크리트의 상부면에 있는 이물질을 제거한 후 단열재를 일정 간격으로 배치하여 단열재층을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 단열재층의 상부와 바닥 콘크리트에 이어지는 건물의 외벽 표면에 단열성이 있는 방수시트를 부착하거나 단열성이 있는 방수도료를 일정 두께로 도포하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 방수층의 상부에 누름 콘크리트를 시공한 후 누름 콘크리트에 일정 간격으로 절개부를 형성하고 상기 절개부에 코킹 실링재를 코킹하여 절개부를 실링하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
