METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HIGH PERFORMANCE THIN FILM MATERIAL USING POLYMER PRECURSOR
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a high-performance heat dissipation thin film material using a polymer precursor which comprises the steps of: dispersing polyimide in NMP to manufacture a mixture (S10); casting the mixture to manufacture a film (S20); heat-treating the manufactured film to remove a solvent (S30); and carbonizing and graphitizing the film from which the solvent is removed to manufacture a carbon film (S40).
본 발명의 고분자 전구체를 이용한 고성능 방열 박막소재의 제조방법은 폴리이미드를 NMP에 분산시켜 혼합물을 생성하는 단계(S10); 혼합물을 캐스팅하여 필름을 제조하는 단계(S20); 제조된 필름을 열처리하여 용매를 제거하는 단계(S30); 및 용매가 제거된 필름을 탄화 및 흑연화하여 탄소 필름을 제작하는 단계(S40)를 포함할 수 있다.
