The present invention relates to a steel block for construction, which involves excellent soundproofing and insulating functions by pouring ready-mixed concrete between a pair of outer plates accommodating a plurality of insulators therein, improves durability by finishing the surface of the outer plates with various coating agents several times, and allows additional construction of a separately provided exterior material such as a machined reinforcing bar, a granite slab, or a tile. More specifically, the steel block for construction comprises: a pair of insulators (10) separated from each other and erected vertically; an outer plate (20) attached to the outer surface of the insulators (10); a block unit (30) poured in a separated space of the insulators (10); a connection member (40) inserted and interposed between both sides of the outer plate (20) to induce continuous connection between steel blocks; and a coating unit (50) coated on the surface of the outer plate (20). Specifically, the coating unit (50) is constructed in the order of zinc galvanizing (51), primer painting (52), oil paint (53) painting, coating gloss (54), and packaging.
본 발명은 복수의 단열재가 수용된 한 쌍의 외판 사이에 레미콘을 타설하여 우수한 성능의 방음과 단열 기능을 수반하고, 외판 표면에 각종 코팅제로 수차례 마감하여 내구성이 향상됨과 아울러, 철근 가공물이나 화강판석 내지 타일 등 별도로 제공되는 외장재의 덧시공이 가능한 건축용 철재 블록에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 서로 이격된 상태로 수직 입설되는 한 쌍의 단열재(10);와, 단열재(10)의 각 외측면에 부착되는 외판(20);과, 단열재(10)의 이격된 공간에 타설되어 이루어지는 블럭부(30);와, 외판(20) 양측에 끼움개재되어 철재 블록 간의 연속적 연결을 유도하는 연결부재(40);와, 외판(20)의 표면에 도포되는 코팅부(50);로 구성되고, 특히 위 코팅부(50)는 위 코팅부(50)는 아연 도금(51), 프라이머 도색(52), 유성페인트(53) 도장, 코팅 광택(54), 포장 순으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
