BASE FOR ASPHALT AGENT AND THEREOF MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ASPHALT AGENT FOR LOW AND HIGH TEMPERATURE ASPHALT MIXTURE AND THEREOF MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ASPHALT MIXTURE AND THEREOF MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method of preparing asphalt additives for low and medium temperature and high temperature use comprises: a base agent preparing step of preparing a base agent by mixing a liquid rosin mixture in which rosin and alcohol are mixed in a way that 20-100 parts by weight of rosin is contained based on 100 parts by weight of a basic particle consisting of any one selected from SBS or SIS, with 10-50 parts by weight of process oil and aging the mixture thereof for one hour or more; a grinding step of preparing a stiffness modifier by grinding at least one selected from among EVA, LDPE, and HDPE into particles having a size of 3 mm or less; and an asphalt additive preparing step of adding 0-300 parts by weight of the stiffness modifier (excluding 0) to 100 parts by weight of the base agent in a mixer, and heating and mixing the mixture thereof at a temperature of 80-150°C. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily prepare various kinds of asphalt mixtures.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 다른 중저온 및 고온 겸용 아스팔트 첨가제 제조방법은, SBS 또는 SIS 중에서 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어진 기초 파티클 100 중량부에 대하여, 로진이 20~100 중량부가 되도록 로진과 알코올이 혼합된 액상의 로진 혼합물 및 프로세스 오일 10~50 중량부를 혼합한 후 1시간 이상 숙성하여 기초제를 마련하는 기초제 제조단계; EVA, LDPE, HDPE 중 선택된 하나 이상을 3㎜ 이하로 분쇄하여 강성 개질제를 마련하는 분쇄단계; 및 혼합기에 상기 기초제 100 중량부에, 상기 강성 개질제 0~300 중량부(단, 0 제외)를 투입하고 80~150℃로 가열하면서 혼합하는 아스팔트 첨가제 제조단계;를 포함한다.
