이웃하는 타깃 부재 사이에 형성되는 간극에의 접합재의 침입을 더욱 확실하게 억제한다. 백킹 튜브는 튜브상이고, 외주면에 복수의 오목부가 형성되어 있다. 타깃 본체는 백킹 튜브의 외주면을 둘러싸는 원통상의 복수 타깃 부재를 가지고, 복수의 타깃 부재의 각각이 이간하도록 병설된다. 중심축 방향으로 복수의 타깃 부재가 늘어서는 것에 의해서 이웃하는 타깃 부재 사이에 형성되는 간극이 백킹 튜브의 중심축 주위를 주회하고, 간극이 복수의 오목부의 각각과 교차한다. 접합재는 백킹 튜브와 타깃 본체 사이에 설치되고, 상기 백킹 튜브와 복수의 타깃 부재의 각각을 접합한다. 차폐부재는 복수의 오목부의 각각을 가로지르도록 접합재와 타깃 본체 사이에 배치되고, 간극을 접합재의 측으로부터 차폐폐다.

A bonding material is provided between the backing tube and the target body so as to bond the backing tube and the plurality of target members to each other. A shielding member is disposed between the bonding material and the target body so as to lay across the plurality of recesses, and the shielding member shields the gap from the bonding material side.
