The present invention relates to a non-excavating method for rehabilitating a water pipe without cutoff of water supply through insertion of a PE pipe. The non-excavating rehabilitation method comprises the steps of: inserting a lining (PE pipe) into an old water pipe to which a flange is joined or coupled, but inserting the lining so that the same protrudes from both ends of the old water pipe; fitting circular bands for limiting expansion due to thermal expansion to both protruding ends of the lining; restoring the lining to the original shape by first heating and pressing the lining, and coupling sealers (end caps) to both the ends of the lining and heating and pressing the lining to contact the lining to the inner circumferential surface of the old water pipe; removing the circular bands and the sealers and cutting the protruding lining; fusing, to each end of the cut lining, a lining-coupled flange to be coupled to the flange; forming bolt fastening holes in the lining-coupled flange, which contacts the flange bonded or coupled to the old water pipe by the contraction of the lining, but forming the bolt fastening holes at points facing the bolt fastening holes formed in the flange; and coupling the flange on a side of the old water pipe, with which the lining-coupled flange is in close contact, and a deformation-observed flange.
본 발명은 플랜지가 접합 혹은 결합된 노후 상수도관 내에 라이닝(PE 파이프)을 삽입하되, 상기 노후 상수도관 양단에 라이닝이 돌출되도록 삽입하는 단계와, 열팽창으로 인한 확장을 제한하기 위한 원형 밴드를 상기 라이닝의 돌출 부위 양단 각각에 끼움 결합하는 단계와, 상기 라이닝을 1차 가열 가압하여 원형 복원하고, 상기 라이닝의 양단에 밀폐기(단부마개) 결합후 2차 가열 가압해 상기 라이닝을 노후 상수도관 내주 면에 밀착시키는 단계와, 상기 원형 밴드, 밀폐기 제거 후 상기 돌출된 라이닝을 절단하는 단계와, 상기 라이닝 양단을 절단한 각 단부에 상기 플랜지와 결합될 라이닝 결합형 플랜지를 융착하는 단계와, 상기 라이닝의 수축으로 상기 노후 상수도관에 접합 혹은 결합된 플랜지에 밀착되는 상기 라이닝 결합형 플랜지에 볼트 체결공들을 형성하되, 상기 플랜지에 형성된 볼트 체결공들과 마주하는 각 지점에 볼트 체결공을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 라이닝 결합형 플랜지가 밀착된 노후 상수도관측의 플랜지와 이형관측 플랜지를 마주하여 플랜지 결합하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a non-excavating method for rehabilitating a water pipe without cutoff of water supply through insertion of a PE pipe.
