The present invention relates to a dual-wall sewer pipe for separating and coupling a barrier wall and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a dual-wall sewer pipe for separating and coupling a barrier wall and a manufacturing method thereof, which provide an integrally coupled state by accurately forming a barrier member and a rectangular profile through a process of extruding and coupling the barrier member in a process of extruding the profile after forming the barrier members to be erected at regular intervals in a process of forming and supplying the barrier members of a rigidity maintaining role and a barrier wall role for blocking the movement of fluid in a hollow space of the profile having one hollow space. The dual-wall sewer pipe is formed by extrusion-molding a profile (21) having a hollow space (26) to helically supply the profile (21) and supplying a connection member (22) between the profiles (21). The dual-wall sewer pipe comprises: barrier wall members (24) coupled to the hollow space (26) and having a prescribed width; and a barrier member (23) connecting the barrier wall members (24) on the upper and lower sides of the barrier wall members (24) to maintain regular intervals by a barrier wall connection bar (25). The barrier wall members (24) are extruded and supplied to be installed in the rectangular hollow space (26) at regular intervals on the outside to which the barrier member (23) is supplied. The profile (21) enclosing the outside of the barrier member (23) is integrally coupled to install the barrier wall members (24) at regular intervals in the hollow space (26) to perform a barrier function of preventing the movement of fluid.
본 발명은 차수벽 분리결합형 이중벽 하수관과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하나의 중공으로 이루어지는 프로파일의 중공에 유체가 이동하는 것을 차단하는 차수벽 역할과 강성유지 역할의 차수부재가 성형되어 공급되는 과정에서 일정한 간격에 차수부재가 세워지도록 성형한 후 사각형의 프로파일이 압출되는 과정에서 차수부재를 공급해 결합되는 과정을 통하여 차수부재와 프로파일이 정확하게 성형되어 일체형으로 결합된 상태를 제공하는 차수벽 분리결합형 이중벽 하수관과 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 중공(26)을 갖는 프로파일(21)이 압출 성형되어 나선형으로 공급하고, 상기 프로파일(21)의 사이에 연결부재(22)를 공급해 성형하는 이중벽 하수관으로 이루어지되; 상기 중공(26)에 결합하며 일정한 폭을 갖는 차수벽부재(24)를 포함하고, 상기 차수벽부재(24)의 상측과 하측에서 차수벽 연결대(25)로 일정한 간격을 유지하도록 연결하는 차수부재(23)를 포함하며, 상기 차수부재(23)가 공급되는 외측으로 사각형의 중공(26)에 일정한 간격으로 차수벽부재(24)가 설치되도록 압출공급하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 차수부재(23)의 외측을 감싸는 프로파일(21)이 일체형으로 결합되어 중공(26)에서 차수벽부재(24)가 일정한 간격으로 설치되어 유체의 이동이 방지되는 차수기능을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
