Double-Wall Sewer Pipe and Its Molding Device Using Differential Wall Detachable Coupled Profile
The present invention relates to a double-wall sewer pipe using a barrier wall-detachable profile and a device for forming the same and, more specifically, to a double-wall sewer pipe using a barrier wall-detachable profile, which provides a state in which barrier profiles, which are formed so that barrier wall members are erected at predetermined intervals, are accurately formed and integrally coupled in a process in which the barrier wall members serving as barrier walls for blocking a fluid from moving in the hollow of the profiles formed as one hollow and to maintain rigidity are formed and supplied, and a device for forming the same. The double-wall sewer pipe, in which profiles having a hollow are extruded and spirally supplied and connecting members are supplied between the profiles, comprises: barrier wall members (24) having a quadrangular shape; and barrier profiles (21) which include a profile (25) in which the barrier wall members (24) are supplied individually and integrally installed in the hollow (26) at regular intervals, so that the barrier wall members (24) installed in the hollow (26) at regular intervals block movement of a fluid. The double-wall sewer pipe is formed so that the barrier profiles (21) are spirally supplied and connecting members (22) supplied between the barrier profiles (21) surround the entire surface of the barrier profiles (21).
본 발명은 차수벽 분리결합형 프로파일을 이용한 이중벽 하수관과 그 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하나의 중공으로 이루어지는 프로파일의 중공에 유체가 이동하는 것을 차단하는 차수벽 역할과 강성유지 역할의 차수벽부재가 성형되어 공급되는 과정에서 일정한 간격에 차수벽부재가 세워지도록 성형한 차수 프로파일이 정확하게 성형되어 일체형으로 결합된 상태를 제공하는 차수벽 분리결합형 프로파일을 이용한 이중벽 하수관과 그 성형장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 중공을 갖는 프로파일이 압출 성형되어 나선형으로 공급하고, 상기 프로파일의 사이에 연결부재를 공급해 성형하는 이중벽 하수관으로 이루어지되; 사각형 형상으로 이루어지는 차수벽부재(24)를 포함하고, 상기 차수벽부재(24)를 하나씩 공급해 중공(26)에 일정한 간격을 갖도록 일체형으로 설치하는 프로파일(25)로 이루어져 중공(26)의 일정한 간격에 설치되는 차수벽부재(24)가 유체의 이동을 차단하는 차수 프로파일(21)을 포함하며, 상기 차수 프로파일(21)을 나선형으로 공급하며 차수 프로파일(21)의 사이에 공급되는 연결부재(22)가 차수 프로파일(21)의 전체면을 감싸도록 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
