Deck pack for narrow deck and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a deck pack, and more particularly to a spring deck pack for narrow decks and a manufacturing method thereof. The deck pack according to the present invention is manufactured by a method comprising the steps of: providing a cylindrical wire having a diameter greater than 3.0 mm; rolling the cylindrical wire into a wire having a polygonal cross section with a maximum width of 3 mm or less; manufacturing a tech pin by bending the rolled wire; and coupling the spring to a deck pin, thereby capable of providing the method of manufacturing a high-rigidity deck pack that can be used in narrow decks having a gap distance of 3 mm or less between decks.
본 발명은 데크 팩에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 협간 데크용 스프링 데크 팩 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 데크 팩은 3.0 mm를 초과하는 지름을 가지는 원통형 철사를 제공하는 단계; 상기 원통형 철사를 최대 폭이 3 mm 이하인 다각형 단면을 가지는 철사로 압연하는 단계; 상기 압연된 철사를 밴딩하여 테크핀을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 데크핀에 스프링을 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 방법으로 제조된다.
