METHOD FOR RAPID REPAIRMENT OF RAILWAY SLOPES
The present invention relates to a method for rapidly repairing a railway embankment. The method for rapidly repairing a railway embankment according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) of installing holders on a damaged railway embankment; a step (b) of installing composite mats, each of which includes a permeable upper sheet, a lower sheet coupled to the underside of the upper sheet, and a powder-state ultra-rapid binder filled between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, on the holders; a step (c) of supplying water through the upper sheet of the composite mat to harden the ultra-rapid binder; and a step (d) of filling spaces between the holders and the composite mats with a low-flow fill material and hardening the low-flow fill material, wherein the ultra-rapid binder consists of CA-based fine aggregate, in which 60 to 80 wt% of calcium aluminate and 60 to 80 wt% of gypsum are mixed, and cement, in which in the range of 20 to 40 wt%, and cement mixed in the range of 11 to 42 wt% with respect to 100 wt% of the CA-based fine aggregate. Therefore, the method for rapidly repairing a railway embankment can complete repair construction within the shortest time possible to ensure availability of railway operation time.
본 발명은 철도 사면 급속 복구방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 철도 사면 급속 복구방법은, (a)손상된 철도 사면에 거치대를 설치하는 단계, (b)투수성을 가지는 상부시트와 상부시트의 하부에 결합되는 하부시트 및 상부시트 및 하부시트 사이에 충진되는 분말 상태의 초속경 바인더를 구비하는 복합매트를 거치대에 설치하는 단계, (c)복합매트의 상부시트를 통해 물을 공급하여 초속경 바인더를 경화시키는 단계 및 (d)거치대와 복합매트 사이의 공간에 저유동 채움재를 충진하여 경화시키는 단계를 구비하며, 초속경 바인더는 칼슘알루미네이트계 물질 60~80 중량%와 석고 20~40 중량% 범위로 배합되는 CA계 속경재와, CA계 속경재 100중량%에 대하여 11~42중량%의 범위로 배합되는 시멘트를 포함하여 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다.
