RUBBER COMPLEX FENDER COMPOSITION WITH CHLOROPRENE RUBBER FOR SMALL SHIP
The present invention relates to a rubber complex fender composition using chloroprene rubber for a small ship, and more particularly, to a rubber complex fender composition using chloroprene rubber for a small ship, which uses a base material composed of natural rubber and chloroprene rubber in a complex manner to improve basic properties (hardness, tensile strength, etc.) and durability (salt water resistance, aging resistance, etc.), and reduces the amount of carbon black and replaces the carbon black with hard coal to reduce weight, thus being suitable for use as a fender for a small ship.
본 발명은 클로로프렌 고무를 적용한 소형 선박용 고무 복합 방현재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 천연고무와 클로로프렌 고무를 복합화한 기재를 사용함으로써 기본 물성(경도, 인장강도 등)과 내구수명(내염수성, 내노화성 등)을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 카본블랙의 사용량을 감소시키고 이를 경탄으로 대체함으로써 경량화를 구현하여 소형 선박용 방현재에 적합하게 사용될 수 있도록 하는, 클로로프렌 고무를 적용한 소형 선박용 고무 복합 방현재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 산업통상자원부, 한국산업기술진흥원, (재)부산테크노파크의 지원사업으로 “조선해양 경량,고성능 소재혁신 플랫폼 구축 사업” 의 지원을 받아 수행된 연구결과입니다.
